如果您必須在這個地區，那就太好了，酒店內有不錯的酒吧。與更現代的酒店相比，它有點過時了，我個人不太喜歡地毯地板，但這在英國的老酒店中很常見，至少它們很乾淨，沒有難聞的氣味。超市很近。 Jesmond West 地鐵站距離酒店約 6 分鐘步行路程。

We were told heating doesn't come on until 6pm but ours never did. Also the tv didn't work but Rachel was great and swapped the tv out and brought us an oil heater.excellent service thank you Rachel. The hotel is old and quite noisy and I would pick a different hotel on Osborne road next tome

Good points - comfortable room. Poor points - terrible service in the bar (waited 35 mins for fish and chips - apparently there was an issue with the fish). Breakfast was a disaster - staff too happy to talk. Shown to a dirty and un-wiped table. Buffet poor. Coffee setbed cold. Cooked breakfast wasn't bad.. Staff overall are friendly. Check in/out - Reception was friendly but not experienced. At 11pm I returned to the hotel. Bar closed and reception drinks menu out of many drinnks on their list.

Lovely hotel, all the staff we interacted with were very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff during our stay. Metro close by, quite of a few bars, cafes and places to eat. Only thing to note was there isn't a great deal of parking spaces at the back of the hotel but there is one close by if needed.

Nice big room Family triples single bed was very comfortable(but some part of interior needs to be upgraded such of one of the basins taps was broken,and the bathroom ceiling had a removed spotlight dump marks) on the 1st morning the breakfast was quite disappointing as receptionist said when the customers less the breakfast cooked by order that foods you can eat is very limited, but the 2nd morning we had buffet breakfast and that was far more satisfying than the first day,we enjoyed very much .

Trip to Newcastle Well to start, I have mobility problems i have had 1 knee replaced and waiting on the other 1 and my hip getting replaced so when we were told our room was on the 2nd floor and the lift was broken didnt help. We asked to be moved to another room which was on ground floor which they did. The rooms are not that clean, carpets were dirty looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. Round the bathroom floor was all grime, radiators are very old and yellow curtains dirty and window sills dirty, see pics. Dining room isnt the tidyest could deffo do with a lick of paint. Breakfast, plates were cold, tea was freezing buffet breakfast cold and nit very nice at all. I was so disappointed as this was a gift i had bought for myself and my daughter for Christmas. A bit of mother & daughter time and it was a total let down. We would not recommend this hotel at all.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. It would have definitely got 5 stars apart from the renovation to the lift. This didn't detract and would book again.

Not guaranteed a parking space Specifically chose this hotel as it's one of few with car parking spaces. However there's not enough spaces for the amount of guests, and I didn't get one. The hotel itself was very good value for money. Good large room, large bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was your usual standard buffet. However we did have an evening meal and that was delicious. Highly recommend. Staff all pleasant and helpful also.
