哇。這家旅館其實比我預想的還要好。 非常有價值。 房間大小合適，工作人員非常樂於助人。 而且該位置距離商店和餐廳也很近。

住宿體驗很棒！尤其是步行幾分鐘就能到聖詹姆斯公園。這是我第三次來紐卡斯爾，三次都住在Premier Inn酒店。

Very good location just few minutes walk to city centre. Staff are nice and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay, and breakfast was good.

Best place to stay as it is just right at the city centre.you can reach the shops in just few steps.room is clean.

入住體驗很棒，入住和退房都很方便。員工友好。房間非常乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，晚上睡得很好。早餐種類豐富，價格合理，味道不錯。步行即可到達火車站，靠近地鐵。交通便利，方便前往市區及週邊所有設施。

The "double bed" was 2 single beds pushed together, on a sliding bottom that would push apart and knock things off the bedside table throughout the night, leaving a gap between the 2 beds, and us, the bottom sheet was tiny and would fling off constantly, the quilt came out of the quilt cover on the first night too, (why isn't it zipped or buttoned up?), the bathroom only had ONE full size towel and one hand towel between 2 people for 2 nights, so we had to use a damp towel between us.

It is a bog standard premier inn and you get what you usually get, I love a premier inn, always clean and you get the same, however, this one had the worst smelling bathroom ive ever had. it smelled so bad of drains and damp, had to keep the door closed all the time, it definitely needs addressing.

Stayed here for 4 nights and will definitely come again. Lovely comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff on reception who were very helpful. The hotel has a left luggage facility so we were able to leave our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. A great location as it is close to the train station, family attractions and St James Park. The breakfast was very good. Definitely recommend.

My family and I stayed here last night (21.8.25) in room 159. We booked a premier room. We were welcomed very warmly . Our room was clean and spacious. I was thrilled our son had an actual bed and not a camp /pull down bed . Beds are super comfortable. We had breakfast. It was really good. Tons of choice .on leaving our room we got speaking to a lovely lady who was head keeper . She was so lovely . I would without hesitation return here and also recommend. Great hotel, great rooms , great brekkie , great price and excellent staff. What else do you need. Thanks for a lovely family night away . My only criticism is a handle in the bathroom would have been great. The baths are high and I have osteoarthritis in my knees so I struggled getting in and out of the bath for shower . But it wouldn’t put me off booking again. I’d just get my handsome husband to assist me . It might proper hinder you though if you were a solo traveler or elderly. Might be worth maybe looking into.

缺點：浴室很髒，沒有衛生紙。床上有頭髮。早餐後，由於門鎖壞了，我沒辦法去樓下的殘障人士專用衛生間。身為輪椅使用者，這真是個大問題。我已經退房了，所以我們不得不離開餐廳，去街上的衛生間。通往餐廳的輪椅升降機壞了，花了好一會兒才修好。優點：員工友好，樂於助人。地理位置優越。床很舒服。

位置很棒，但酒店已經過了鼎盛時期，浴室很髒，臥室也需要修繕，牆上有以前客人留下的痕跡和凹痕，窗簾也很難打開/關閉，窗台顯然多年沒有清洗過，房間裡的水壺裡滿是黴菌，我們還在酒店內的餐廳吃過飯，前幾年餐廳都很好，但這次食物的選擇和質量太好。過去 4 年，我們來城裡看足球比賽時都住在這家酒店，很遺憾，我們真的必須考慮再次預訂這家酒店
