This used to be great place to stay, but I will no longer be going back. Rooms are in need urgent state of repair, and the air conditioner filters have never been cleaned for such a long time. As a result I could not turn on the air or open the windows as the windows has no fly screens. Upon arrival, windows were all opened and I found spider webs around the windows in the main room with 2 white tail spiders. Bed had stains all over the pillows. No reception after 1pm so I could not say anything. I felt somewhat ripped off and quite disappointed. During the early hours of the morning, the noise of ***** breaking bottles on the street outside was very off putting, I’ll never be going back. Quite sad really.

Property is great, stayed many times. Really comfy beds. Unfortunately the after hours check in service was terrible, no access to parking codes even when booked and paid in advance. Intercom cuts out. After hours staff abrupt and confused.

Very pleasant stay in a convenient location. We were in a one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable, although we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs to access it. The surrounding area is spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafes, and although Saturday evening was noisy early on, by 9.30 all was fairly quiet. Although our apartment fronted onto a busy road, the doors shut out most noise.

Hotel states check in by 8 on wotif receipt arrived at 7:15 check in closed called the after hours which took 20 minutes After hours demanded that I take a photo of my credit card front and back and text it through to them At this point I refused as I strongly believe this breaks so many merchants laws and rules I replied you send yours first to me at this point they said no and they would not do that for security hence replied my point Entry refused and had to rebook another hotel Informed them to make a full refund but I very much doubt they will not a business to do business with I stay in a lot of hotels this is the worst I have ever come across

That teas coffee milk or toilet paper not topped up in rooms even when room was done on third day, And my daughters and son in law room was not touched in the three days the whole time we were there, and when my daughter mention this the lady she could not have cared less, her remarks were oh. we would not go back there again.

I loved how handy it was, we walked everywhere. What we didn't like was how noisy our apartment was, we found it hard to sleep as the traffic noise was very loud.

I specifically booked a spa room. However there was no plug for the spa rendering the spa unable to be used and the spa room now a standard room. Advised staff member the following morning, she was dismissive and disinterested. We weren't offered a refund for the difference in the money we paid for a spa room to a standard room. Location was good.

Great location for dining snd secure parking.Room was a bit dark and the air-conditioning made some very strange noises,had to turn it off to sleep at night.Cockroaches in bathroom off putting
