很好！剛進去的時候下雨走的是餐廳，超級貼心的幫我和行李送到了前台，前台小姐姐也很平易近人，剛去很多聽不懂，卡也不能用，特別貼心的指導。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，離機場幾分鐘距離，附近就是地鐵站很不戳！

Clean and comfortable, friendly informative staff and an excellent location for Newcastle airport.

The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Drove down from Glasgow for an early flight the next day. Having never been to Newcastle Airport I was dreading it to be a trek to the terminal. Very surprised at how close it was to the long stay car park and walking distance to the terminal building. All staff were very helpful especially the bar staff, good and breakfast were both great and we all had a great nights sleep. Great value for money and took the stress out of having to get up very early for our flight.

We stayed here before and after our holiday this week . On both occasions we slept very well . The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport which is ideal . On our return we booked for the meal deal which we have no opted for before . The food was very good and value for money . Yes the hotel does look a little tired but it is clean warm and comfortable beds . We will return.

Had a night stay here after a delayed long flight the rooms where great for the price and a lot better then the other brands local staff were nice and help full and had tea and coffee is our room rooms where nicely do and kept just cant be a premier inn

Excellent location As soon as you walk into reception the place smells like a mix between a wet fox and a nursing home and it’s all down hil from this point the place really needs an investment of cash it’s beyond looking tired yes you can put in a new tv to the room but come on the paintworks peeling the tables in the dining area look like skip salvage come on white bread you’ve both the cash spend it .

We’ve stayed here in the past and usually it’s a great stay. Sadly we were disappointed this time. This time the hotel and room were freezing. Other guests were going for and putting on coats in the restaurant. We had a faulty heating controller in our room and sadly the receptionist did not act on this complaint quickly, resulting in a second visit to reception nearly half an hour later. Unfortunately, the duty manager didn’t impress either. Eventually the heating controller had the batteries removed and an electric heater was provided, but when you have to waste time on this when you need to be up at 3am for a flight it’s not an enjoyable experience. The waiting staff in the Restaurant were very helpful. It was disappointing seeing and hearing the Duty Manager ‘ticking off’ another guest in the restaurant due to an issue with a food allergy. Other guests should not see or hear this - and there are also ways and means of speaking to the guest about such things. Her manner was disappointing and not what we usually experience with any of the Premier Inn’s. I hope this is not the way the Premier Inn are heading as it will definitely put me off staying again if it is.

Booked hotel as we were flying from Newcastle airport . Have stayed at other premier sites but have to say this is the Premier location . Easy to find , close to the Airport , check in friendly and efficient , great deal on evening meal and breakfast clean and tidy rooms . This is where i found it to excel the restaurant , the staff were right on the ball helpful without being pushy fast service without trying to rush you and so pleasant thank you Thomas and Kirsty definitely Premier league performance

Please remember that this is a hotel chain. You know what you get before you arrive. Like most people we went for a nights sleep prior to an early flight. Walking to/from the airport means that you need to walk through the courtyard/car park of another hotel. They have a kissing gate you need to go through. If your case is larger then there is a normal gate, but this has a code and you may need to walk around. Its only 5 minutes. The staff are friendly enough. The rooms are of the usual PI standard, and you do get an excellent nights sleep. The restaurant has the usual pub type meals, taste good and reasonably priced. Despite living less than 10 miles away we will stay again before our next flight.

As loyal customers having stayed many times we were disappointed to be asked for an extra 10 pounds to get our room at 2pm instead of 3pm even though our room was ready .We new there was a charge from 11am but didn’t think 1hour early justified the extra charge so declined to pay it . We had therefore had to hang about for an hour having traveled several miles to get there . Not a good start to our stay . We did ask at reception why this charge has been added since our last visit but was told it was a new thing but didn’t give a reason . Very disappointed.

We arrived in the early hours and were given room 12 on the ground floor. The room was dirty and smelt. There was mould on the door frame in the bathroom and the carpets were not hoovered. We had young children so wanted them to settle as so late. We ate at the airport as found the hotel to be run down and dirty. Outside was unkept and very different to our stay the year before. Correspondence with the hotel lacks any apology or recognition of the state of the room. We’ve been told we should have kept our young family awake while the room was checked to be adequate! The room should have been cleaned before being allocated to anyone!
