OK for a stop over stay

Arrived late on Sunday at approximately 21:00 hours. The receptionist was very friendly, approachable & professional. The room was what I needed, a double bed clean & the shower was good & had hot water. Had a lovely full English veggie breakfast. Only slight criticism is I could not find a shaver socket.

All the staff at this Premier Inn were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, including the sofa bed I slept on. I would not have known it was a sofa bed. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Jaded, really needs some professional assistance in bringing it back to what most people want from Whitbread-Premier Inn. Restaurant experience hit and miss over the 3 nights. Some staff really good, others, well, comments best reserved. An earnest apology would go a long way. Disingenuous stance not welcome.

Great stay, comfortable beds, clean room. Staff very helpful, nothing to much trouble for all the staff.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Rochdale prior to a Initial hospital Physio Appointment following knee surgery from making the booking to checking out the staff were exceptional. We were booked in to the nearest room to the entrance, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, ensuring we were as comfortable as possible - they opened doors fort us did everything possible to ensure we had the best stay possible in the circumstances.

I'm sure it's not just room 19 but it was filthy.. skirting board filthy. Wall heater rusty, strong damp smell, damp spots all over the ceiling, shower head dirty, towels not exactly white... I have stayed at many premier inn hotels and will again. But never again at this one..
