新市場探索酒店的評論

因為想去Newmarket 購物中心。所以選了這個旅館。晚上的飛機。凌晨才到奧克蘭。結果才發現這不是個普通的旅館。晚上沒有工作人員。要通過門口的應答機和不知道是什麼人對話。先説查不到我的名字。可是明明我跟攜程訂的。錢都已經交了。這樣折騰了四十分鐘才在應答機下面拿到房卡。睡了沒多久。大概早上六點被床頭櫃上的鬧鐘吵醒。不是我設的鬧鐘！旅館太不負責任。居然沒有取消前人設定的鬧鐘！然後我就很難入睡。好不容易睡著了結果沒多久又被電話驚醒。説是我該退房了。居然此處十點半就要退房！真是腸子都悔青了。我訂的是大床房。結果發現是兩個小床！這真是個處處奇葩的旅館。房間裏有烤麪包機和微波爐以及近乎全套的餐具。還有一個小水池和電磁爐。應該是給人做飯的。還有浴缸。這些算是另外的特色。

The location is not far from the metro and shopping mall, Westfield. A lot of restaurants in 1 minute walking distance. Room is good size especially with a big terrace.

Great location in New Market. Handy to main shopping centre. Great having bath washing machine and dryer

シャワーヘッドからの盛大な漏水がありました。 食洗機は、最初使い方（メインスイッチの入れ方）が分かりませんでしが、メインスイッチの場所が分かってからは、普通に使えました。 受付の担当の人もフレンドリーで良い感じでした。

The elevators were down and we were advised we were relocated on the ground floor. We weren’t. We booked car parks via email. It wasn’t recorded in the system. The lady at the desk was amazing and made up for the lack of her colleagues. Won’t come back there again

Great place to stay, central to shops and eateries. Hotel room was great and awesome staff.

The property was musty, not aired out at all there are maintenance issues such as window locks not up to standard. Cushions and furniture have large unsightly stains and sticky finger marks on glass table. Missing large pieces if grouting in bathroom floor.

Check in was seamless although I was disappointed that there were no car parks available and car parking was one of the reasons I booked here. There were car parks across the road but it was a hit of hassle with luggage. The room itself was good, I had a one bedroom apartment with two single beds, the curtain didn’t cover the window fully so the room had light from the street and other buildings flooding the room. I most likely would stay here again, it was clean and tidy and staff were friendly.

Great location, clean spacious room/living room, kitchen had basics and in good condition. The front desk staff leaves pretty early.

SO EASY! Two adults travelling with an infant. From check in to check out everything was easy! The room was incredible. Clean, tidy, and everything you need. Reception lady was absolutely lovely! Nothing was a problem for her - she is accomodating, relaxed and did everything with a smile!

The staff (Siri) at the front desk is super helpful. The property is at a super popular location, you can purchase parking at $20 each 24 hours to park in the garage. We paid $25 for a 2 hour lunch in downtown Auckland. Great deal. There are a lot of shopping within walking distance, the most popular mall is Westfield in New Market, 500 meters away. We had full kitchen, washer/dryer in our suite, making our life so easy, we enjoyed the stay at this Quest.

I stayed in this Hotel twice and was very satisfied with the living environment. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving me a pleasant stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, it had everything I needed for my stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location. I would stay here again in the future.
