位置還不錯，但是沒有吹風機

房間還可以，但有些區域不太乾淨。早餐包含傳統英式早餐。整體來說還不錯。

The hotel is in a fair location and plenty of shops available. My stay itself was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly enough. My complaints are that there are no plug sockets near the bed, there are usb ports to charge phones etc but out of the four sockets none of them were working. This was rectified with borrowing an extension lead from reception although my wife is unsteady on her feet and was not ideal with the lead laying across the floor but we got through it. My main complaint is the breakfast. It costs £9.99 and you have a list of things you can choose, I would expect those things to be available or at the very least informed of what isn’t available before purchasing the meal. The first morning there was no orange juice, fresh fruit or mixed fruit. Also no bagels. I did not say anything as I was told deliveries were made everyday and thought it’s a one off. No the next morning the same. When I asked about the fruit etc I was told with a curt NO with no explanation or apology, that evening I spoke to someone else regarding breakfast and was again told that the delivery will be arriving the next day but not in time for breakfast, so that’s 3 mornings that the breakfast menu was short. I was told that it’s been busy etc again with no apology or offer of a refund or discounted price. They just didn’t care. I’m not a complainer and although annoying I would have accepted it all if there was at least an apologetic attitude instead of an attitude of I couldn’t care less. My wife and I decided not to have the breakfast on the third day.

I've been staying at this hotel, almost weekly for the last 5 years. The staff often go above and beyond, the rooms may be basic as with all Travelodge hotels but they're clean and well maintained. The food is good and there's a vending machine in reception for midnight snacks. Easy parking is available, although this os off site at a local car park that charges £8.90 per day. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Chrissy in reception. She's polite, friendly, always has has a smile, and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome, thank you!!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel at the end of February, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and tidy and the cost was very reasonable with an "all you can eat" English breakfast at under £10. Highly recommended.

Better than expected for travelodge, comfortable room and welcoming staff, would go there again, so handy for town, bus station, restaurants and Strings Bar and Venue
