The room was small, but that was ok. We were in Newport for only one night. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The woman who checked us in actually walked us to the room on the third floor (no elevator) explained everything to us. Great location at the top of the hill. Maybe a 5 minute walk to waterfront and restaurants

I really liked this property and location. It was convenient to everything so we could walk everywhere. It was one of the few B&Bs that actually had two queen beds. The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and it was very quiet I definitely would come back here again, my only complaint was the air conditioning unit was a little noisy other than that it was a good choice

It worked for one night - I’m not sure I’d want the 3rd Floor for multiple nights. It was a trek up the steep steps, especially with luggage. The front desk person wasn’t the friendliest and they gave someone the wrong room key so we were surprised when someone walked into our room.

The BELLEVUE Manor provided a comfortable three night stay. The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and the Wharf and Thames Street areas of Newport. BELLEVUE also offers a wonderful full breakfast. It was our second time staying at BELLEVUE.

Great experience! Historic building, well-maintained, with excellent ambiance. Breakfast was very good - liked the choices and the availability of fruit and yogurr. The quiche was excellent.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Very nicely maintained historical building. Good breakfast also.

I had to leave the same night because my son got sick and no one was there to help me check out or even refund me if possible.

The hotel fits the vintage aesthetic perfectly and reminds me of my own old home. The bathroom is lovely. The stairs are a bit steep!

We went for an overnight stay to see the mansions and holiday lights. It was a very quaint historical building within walking distance of town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.
