百匯温泉大酒店(Parkway Hotel & Spa)

No dropped curbs on paths from car park to entrance. No lift! Thermostat in room not working. Room far too hot and stuffy overnight. TV remote not working.

Great stay, shame the restaurant is only open Thursday to Sunday, bar food was ok. Breakfast was excellent Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not the most modern hotel but I had a lovely stay here. It was nice to come and relax in the spa after doing the waterfall country hike. The room was clean and had great amenities. The staff were friendly also.

Cosy and comfortable hotel. Breakfast very good. Very busy day snd night. Little has changed in the hotel since our wedding there 23 years ago. Place seems to making good revenue so.needs to spend more on hotel to modernise and refurb certain areas like spa. Set in lovely gardens and flowers beautiful. Staff in general very helpful.

A short trip over a very hot weekend in September when I could explore the grounds and enjoy the Sun. In addition the lunch and evening bar food menu is very good as is the selection of beers and ales. Disappointing that the draft cocktails were off-line and had been so for sometime and yet the pump was still illuminated inviting guests to take part.. the room and public areas are very clean and tidy and the friendliness as was the attentiveness of the staff. Excellent. The only minor drawback was the bar area around the pumps and soda dispenser had visible signs of sticky residue which of course invites fruit flies and houseflies and it’s a very easy fix, the only thing that detracted from otherwise excellent stay is the selection of non-cooked items of breakfast which seemed quite poor. Quite oddly. The fact that the entire hotel area is not covered by Über so only a regular taxi service is available . All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay

Staying at the hotel was nice from a property condition and cleanliness, the hotel was very empty the night we stayed as the hotel policy was for breakfast to be finished by 9.30am and checkout by 10am we asked twice for an extra hour and were granted a 30min extension at 9.45am based on the emptiness of the hotel and even if it was filled the next day there would be little amount of rooms to flip for the next day an extension to the 11.00 that we asked for would have been a great gesture and helped the customer experience. As it stands we left thinking would we come back here as its not thinking about its customers.

Rooms are now starting to be in need of refurbishment due to the tired decor. Also the bar menu is very limited for choice.

A very nice weekend break! Great swimming pool, and an added bonus of a sauna and steam room. Definately stay over again!
