My toilet didnt work my room had roaches and my floor was super dirty my covers had blood on them it was the absolute worst

The place sucks! I reserved a king and received a full smoking. The room is a poor excuse even for the lowest of hotels. It looks dirty felt dirty and was not even worth what I did pay. It seems Indian owned and run down. Site boast about a continental breakfast but does not actually serve breakfast at all. I'm not happy whatsoever with this place and don't recommend it.

I had a great experience with the Key West Inn in Newport News. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating! They were sympathetic to my needs and demonstrated genuine concern for my situation. My stay there was very pleasant and provided me with a second "home" while I was in the process of moving. Thank you, Key West Inn staff!! :) Erin

the pictures are misleading, the outside is disgusting with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. walls in room are stained with holes the place smells like mold. roach traps everywhere. unhealthy and unsafe building

The most run-down motel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. The toilet was broken and didn't flush at all. The fridge was rusted from top to bottom, and there were burn holes in the bedspreads. It was just gross. I have no idea how they have more than 1 star. I'd give them zero if I could.
