林克羅夫特酒店(The Lyncroft)

Die Gastgeber sind extrem hilfsbereit und mitdenkend, so haben wir vor der Reise schon eine Liste mit Restaurants bekommen, mit einer kurzen Beschreibung, dem Link und dem Hinweis, ob man vorab buchen sollte oder nicht. Das Frühstück ist im Preis automatisch inbegriffen; man hat die Auswahl zwischen mehreren typisch englischen (auch vegetarischen) Frühstücksvarianten, die alle hervorragend schmecken. Es herrscht eine familiäre, aber nicht aufdringliche A**osphäre: wenn man möchte, wird man zu einem kleinen Plausch eingeladen. Es wird extrem viel darauf geachtet, daß man sich wohlfühlt und alles hat, was man braucht (inkl. der 4 kostenfreien Parkplätze in bes**öglichster Verteilung bei 7 Zimmern). Hier gibt es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, in dem man jederzeit einen Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten und dort verweilen kann. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße - der Lärmpegel war nicht weiter störend, da die Strasse nicht ständig befahren wurde. Und wir hatten einen schönen Blick über den Golfplatz bis zum Strand / Meer. Newquay ist ein absoluter Ferien-Badeort, an dem eine grundsätzlich entspannte und freudige Ferienlaune herrscht, die auch unsere Vermieter ausgestrahlt haben. Punkteverteilung: mind. 15 Punkte für die Vermieter - 10 fürs Zimmer - 9 fürs Bad - 9 fürs Bett. - Nix

Einfach ausgezeichnet!! Freundliche Inhaber, exzellentes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer und ausgezeichnete Lage. Könnte nicht besser sein. Wahrscheinlich das beste Bed and Breakfast, welches wir jemals besuchen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück welches sie morgens zubereitet haben sehr lecker. Auch die Zimmer waren einfach fantastisch. Und auch die Lage ist unglaublich man ist in 5 Minuten in der Stadt und am Strand.

It’s the third time I have stayed at the Lyncroft and it was excellent yet again. Spotlessly clean and excellent breakfasts!

Another amazing stay. Friendly, clean, central location and a breakfast to die for. We had a sea view room and the view over the Fistral golf club and seeing the sea beyond was beautiful. Chris and Magda are lovely. Can’t wait to return for the 4th time.

Wow! What a find. Chris and Magda are so welcoming and friendly and there were wonderful touches like a guest area in the dining room where you can help yourself to teas, coffees and fruit. Magda made a wonderful breakfast, whilst Chris chatted to us. We had a sea view room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a nice powerful shower and fluffy towels. Nice products to use too. Such a treat after a long days walking. Thank you both!

This place was an absolute gem!! The owners, Chris and Magda, were so friendly and welcoming - it was like staying with friends. The accommodation was extremely clean and well kept, with homely modern furnishings. Very comfortable room and bed, with lovely bathroom and modern walk-in shower. The breakfast was delicious!! We stayed 3 nights and each morning the breakfast was cooked to perfection. The location was also fantastic - tucked away from the main town, but close enough to be a few mins walk to everything. A lovely couple own this B&B, would highly recommend. Not far from the harbour it faces Fistral beach and the GC. Breakfast was superb, whatever your choice. Rooms are spotless with some nice touches. Would absolutely return. Thanks for a lovely stay guys!
