Regarding the condition of the accommodations, we understand they are older, and we are continuously working to maintain functionality and comfort. It’s unfortunate to hear about the issue with the cold water faucet; we’ll look into this and ensure it’s addressed promptly. The garden’s condition due to the recent drought is regrettable, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the absence of river excursions. As for the road conditions to Moreni, we acknowledge that travel has become more challenging over the years, and we understand this may impact guests’ experiences. We also regret the unavailability of certain menu items at the restaurant and will review our inventory and staffing to ensure better options are offered in the future.
