When arriving and checking in we were told about a parking fee and 100 deposit that wasn’t listed on the website when booking. The lady was her phone from the time we got there until her shift was up. Another employee in the smoke room kicked back relaxing. The window was dirty but not a big deal. The pool and hot tub were unbearable the chlorine was so bad you couldn’t use the jets to the hot tub if you did in mere seconds it felt like your eyes were burning out of your head. The best part of the stay was the 5 minute walk to the falls

The breakfast was horrible, frozen foods that were still frozen, not enough parking that you paid 20.00 a day for, had to get new room card 4 times, no working phone to call the front desk, needs updated and the property should be more upfront about the lack of the proper parking and the tastless breakfast, and there were fruit flies at the breakfast....will not be going back

Overall this hotel wasn’t the most clean or prepared, when coming in to the room, our beds had stains on the comforters and hair on top of the bed, there was also no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, not sure if this is a normal thing for this hotel but when I called the front desk they told me to pick it up from downstairs, even when picking it up from downstairs the toilet paper didn’t look sanitary and rolls were squished and just looked dirty….I don’t think I would come back to this hotel again, unless it was my only option, overall I would rate this hotel a 4.5/10

The hotel accommodations were excellent. However charging $100 CAD per night to park your vehicle is outrageous!

The hotel itself is older - ie stucko ceiling and walls, painted woodgrain doors, etc. - but it has some upgrades done - ie. new toilet, shower. Our two beds had one with pillow top but the other was an older 8" this mattress with thin pad on and the springs squeeked with any movement. The price was right/affordable and it was pretty clean (except for flies in bathroom ceiling light). Free breakfast was very nice - coffee, juice, eggs, pancakes, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, toast. There was also coffee and tea at all hours in the lobby. Overall we were out of our room and in town all day and only in our room for nights so it served our purpose. Seneca ****** was walking distance too. Would stay here again although not too fancy a place.

We were skeptical when we pulled up. Hotel isn't in bad shape, pool was closed when we got there. They put us at the far end of the hall on the third floor when we saw literally no one else around. Smelled pretty awful. We arrived late so we just wanted to sleep and be on our way. Room was pretty filthy. Sink was clogged. Bathroom door didn't shut. I had to wipe down the table because there was filthy on it. Hadn't really been vacuumed. Slept, got up, went to the Continental breakfast... It was fine. It says only two waffles per person. We passed a room with a broken off lock, and one that had a giant air dryer running constantly with a towel blocking the bottom of the door. Who knows what happened in there. The kicker is when we went to leave, for some reason my husband opened the nightstand drawer... There was a lighter, drug paraphernalia, a scale with drug residue, carmex and diapers. The girl at the front desk was just basically like oh they should've cleaned better. Let me make this clear. Drug. Paraphernalia. And she didn't bat an eye. My kids could've touched it. Avoid this place at all costs. I tried to add photos of the paraphernalia but it won't let me upload anything.
