We very much enjoyed “breakfast at 9:00 sharp” and the opportunity it gave us to talk to fellow travelers over a delicious meal. Our king room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and quiet—I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the large balcony. We were also very glad to find that the Wego bus line has a stop at the curb out front (it’s in fact called the “Bed and Breakfast stop”) and follows River Road to the area of the falls and related attractions. And lastly, we appreciated Robin’s flexibility with regard to our late arrival and her responsiveness in general. Thank you.

Great Experience, lovely Place We usually booked rooms in hotels, this was our first Bed&Breakfast experience. Our stay was excellent, We felt like we were in a friends house. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and processional. You can tell they love what they do. Thank you Robin for such great service. We'll recommend your replace to all our friends.

We celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary at the Inn and it was absolutely wonderful. Robin the host makes you feel at home and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We booked a room right when we left to bring our kids. I would highly recommend the Chestnut Inn to any friends or family.

I wrote ahead asking for an early check-in--noon. We arrived and couldn't find anyone to help us. The excuse was that she thought my early check-in was for midnight, not noon. There was a family reunion at the site. Great for them. But I have walking issues and seemed to be invisible as I walked through the only indoor and outdoor pathways to our room, which was 2nd floor in a neighboring structure. Each time I passed the family, it was the same. Invisible to people who are struggling. They served breakfast the next day at an appointed time and made it clear that it was because of the family reunion, not their unrelated guests. The bath had a cute claw-foot tub with a wrap-around curtain. So I did a sponge-bath. Everything about this unit and the stay was anti-handicap access...Parking, walking through a "blind" crowd, room access, bath, etc.. But, yes, it was a cute house.

Desayuno inmejorable y trato familiar Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento ha sido muy positiva. Todo el mundo muy atento y amable. La casa muy auténtica y bonita. Y el desayuno estupendo: súper completo y variado. Un acierto sin duda☺️
