美國尼亞加拉瀑布萬怡酒店(Courtyard Niagara Falls, USA)

We reserved this place because it was managed bh Marriott. Unless there was many cheap places. But the place was dirty. No slippers but the carpet was very dirty. There was trashes and bags of food and snickers around the bed, on the back of wardrobes. It was messy, dirty and the service was so bad. Expensive. Bar didn’t have any draft beer in their beer sinks and bartender didn’t know what he had and was dull. He didn’t wanted any order. I never been to such hostile place paying 120$ per night where other same ranking places were 40$-50$ at most.

It's such the nice experience here. I recommend to come to stay here.

Room only get other days so when we came back room was not cleaned or serviced. Staff initially informed without checking anything that break fast not included but I had to show my reservation to get the break fast coupons however we decided not to do breakfast there as it was limited.

The first room we were assigned didn’t look like it had been cleaned since the previous customer stayed there- the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. We were switched to a different room immediately but that a the room has an incredibly moldy shower curtain and a lot of dirt on the floor.

As soon as I walked in I could smell chocolate. I found out the pillars in the lobby are the original from the Niagara Chocolate Factory that was there from 1913. After all these years you can still smell the chocolate. It was amazing! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. This was my first time in New York and I enjoyed the hotel very much.

It is closely located to the Niagara Falls Park. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I would recommend this place.

Staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Property is safe, clean and welcoming. Some reviews say it’s in an isolated location, which is partly true, but it still close to all the attractions without the riff raft that seems to plague tourists towns. So the extra mile we had to drive was worth it. Incidental fee was returned promptly, Room was clean and the staff were phenomenal!!
