Probably one of the best hotels on the US side if you want to see the Falls. Very clean and stylish hotel that is close to Niagara Falls and the Canadian border. The walls are a little thin but other than that the room was very comfortable. Parking may seem a bit confusing but if you park by the connecting restaurant and ask the front desk where to park they’ll direct you to the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again!

Our two-night stay was for a anniversary get-away during the off season. Everyone was super nice, and check in was easy. The hotel was quiet, and our very clean. I had requested a room with the view and mentioned our anniversary, and they went even further by giving us a room with a balcony, and had flower petals arranged on the bed. It was a great surprise! The bed was comfortable, rooms were cleaned everyday, and parking was easy. Everything we could want is either in walking distance, or a short drive away. It was about 5 minutes to Canada too! Absolutely will be staying next time we are in the area.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It's the best experience I've had at a hotel in years. Becki (front desk) and Janice (bar/restaurant) are the best ever. They helped me unload my truck and took my things to my room for me. That was only the beginning. Both were available for questions at all times and we're just more than happy to accommodate me with anything I requested. They are awesome! The decor is welcoming and comforting. Especially in the room. I really enjoy the soft lighting options and the spacious room. I thought it was absolutely wonderful! If I ever come back to Niagara Falls again I will probably stay there. I've been a travel agent for 30 years. I'm not one currently but I'm planning to get back into the business. And I will definitely recommend this property.

While The Cadence was a 5 Star experience, I cannot say the same for *******, which I may never use again as a third party vendor. We received exceptional service from the hotel operations manager after we were told we would lose our payment for a reservation due to the lateness of when we sought to change it. It wasn't the hotel trying to retain our money, but ******* insisting it could do little because it was the hotel policy. Just not true. So, in the end we were able to change our reservation without cost thanks to the honesty and good faith of hotel management. We will definitely return to The Cadence next time we want a romantic break in Niagara Falls.

I like the cleanliness Some the staff were great but there was a concierge tha wasnt polite , he didn't engage with us ,never say hello to us ,maybe it was a race thing because i witness him conversating with another guest with candor and he was all smiles and giggles. However my check in was very nice and the woman so nice and agreeable even tho they were having tech issues. The Hotel is very modern , clean ,no closets or safe box The bar was good The breakfast was horrible with burned toasts And the waitress took my plate without asking if i was done with it But is was very convenient to all the palces i wanted to see

The staff people weren't nice. Also the towels were not clean. If you are sensitive to noise, don't go to this hotel, there is no desolation between the rooms and the corridor. We didn't order breakfast and want to added it when we came, and we couldn't. Even though we came to the restaurant it took something around 10 minutes just to bring us the menu, so we left the place. The response of the hotel was that they are under staffid.
