伊克諾旅館-瀑布北(Econo Lodge at the Falls North)

Stayed here with my husband in a king suite. Staff was friendly and the room was perfect for the 2 of us.

Fui con mi familia en diciembre y lo pasamos muy bien, el personal muy atento, el lugar muy limpio, tienen muy buena ubicación, muchos lugares para comer y comprar suministros, muy cerca tambien esta el fashion mall con buenas ofertas, también esta cerca de las cataratas del Niagara a unos 10 minutos en carro

The pictures in the website matched nothing in the hotel. The light switches were broken and the tub faucet broke and the water clogged on the first use. They charged me more than what I had signed up for. I had to argue with the front desk and they asked me to sort it out with a manager when its not even my issue. Please don’t book this place. Its just a polished not even a good version of super 8 motel. I would never recommend this place to anyone and they charged me 126 dollars for the room which was broken when I paid 80 dollars for the same room in ******* just because I was late for checking in. They pulled up their system like it was a new booking when the reservation was already made. This place was the worst experience ever. So disappointed.

The front desk staff at the hotel were very friendly. The hotel itself appears to be undergoing renovations throughout the property. Our room appeared to be clean although there were cobwebs and active spider webs in the main room, as well as the bathroom. There was a plaque stating if you wanted clean linens and towels more than every 3rd day to notify the front desk. It did not say there were no housekeeping services at all during the stay. The first day the trash was changed and new toewls provided. The beds were not made up and nothing else was touched. The 2nd day nothing was done at all. We asked the front desk at around 8 pm for fresh towels which were propmtly and happily provided. From the time of our arrival Thursday evening until our departure Sunday morning there was a bag of trash left at the bottom of the outside stairs just outside our door. On Sunday morning while we were packing up, the housekeeper rolled her cart to the edge of the sidewalk outside our door on the first floor, went upstairs to the second floor and proceeded to throw the dirty laundry from the second floor balcony and only some of it landed in the cart. The rest landed on the wet pavement. If it were my hotel I would be quite upset about that. White sheets and towels do not belong on the wet rain soaked dirty pavement of the parking lot! It shows a lack of respect for the employer and their property. The price of the room was reasonable and while opted not to partake breakfast was offered daily

Es bastante accesible hay desayuno aunque sencillo. Buena cama tiene nevera caja de seguridad plancha microondas y otras cosas necesarias que pueden hacer que tu estadía sea más larga y guardar tus propios alimentos. Las tiendas están cerca que puedes ir a pie. El registro es van rápido y fácil

It was absolutely perfect. The staff are the sweetest people. So helpful. The room is big and the bed is so comfortable. The hotel is super convenient for shopping,restaurants and the movie theatre. It’s a short drive from the border too and of course the ******.

飯店急需翻新。我們浴室的門沒有關好。主門太黏了，很難打開。最重要的是凌晨 2:30 一隻老鼠在我們房間裡跑來跑去。它消失在門框周圍的一個洞裡。我們把麵紙塞進洞裡，把他擋住。工作人員很友善，早餐很豐富，很美味。幾年前我們住在那裡沒有任何問題。看來花幾塊錢就能對這個地方產生一些好處。看起來好像還蠻忙的。
