尼亞加拉麗思旅館(Ritz Inn Niagara)

It's close to town center.

C'est vieux, mais pour dormir seulement c'est OK, bain tourbillon, pas de douche seule, seulement dans le bain, pas de cadran, il y a un micro ondes, un petit frigidaire, air climatisé, grand lit, le personnel est très courtois, près des chutes Niagara, on a beaucoup aimé.

When we arrived the staff was really nice. After seeing our room, we should have left to get another hotel but we were strapped for time and not wanting to pay another $600 for the 4 nights we had booked with the “Ritz”. The room was filthy and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting including an obvious leak that happened from the upstairs unit. Mold was visible and one of the ceiling tiles was completely bubbled out, ready to fall. On our last day we noticed that it was still leaking from the upstairs unit. They had a taped together dowel for a towel holder. We were there for 4 nights and not once did they clean the place or give us fresh towels. We had early mornings so we couldn’t go and ask them for anything. They advertise that they have a 24/7 office but they don’t actually open it until after 9am and our days started before that! We normally like booking motel style places because in most cases the owners take pride in their motels and are always friendly. Plus we like the option of having a ground floor room. But this is the worst kept place we have ever stayed. Thankfully the bed itself, although uncomfortable, was clean. We had a fridge that was clean. And a kitchen/ stove (but absolutely nothing to use to cook with). Besides all this, the dresser was falling apart. Literally got a sliver from one of its drawers. The tv was tiny and their wifi kept going in and out, despite having perfect weather there! We have pics and will be taking this further.

This is a small, quiet motel, with exceptional staff. It is clean and in good repair. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and kind. Very satisfied with my stay here, and would recommend it to others.
