板栗酒店(Chestnut Inn)

The place is okay. One mile from falls. Service not helpful. Rude personnel. Breakfast starts too late after 9am when tours pick you up earlier. No answer to the “service phone number”. Poor lightning in the bedroom. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are many other places to choose from.

El olor a cigarro muy fuerte me dio nauceas, pagué mi estadía pero no me hospedé con ellos por el olor y estaba muy oscuro, realmente no me volvería a hospedar ahí, aunque se disculparon y se imaginaron el motivo.

A gracious staff with excellant breakfast, clean rooms and helpful info and service made our stay enjoyable. Proxmity to the falls is an added plus. Furnishings such as the addition of a place to stand toiliteries in the bathroom and a suitcase stand in the bedroom would be helpful. All in all, we recommend the Chestnut for the staff, price, and location.

Chestnut Inn is a beautiful home, filled with wonderful furniture, and period items. Our room was huge, and very comfortable with an outdoor balcony to sit. The breakfast was made fresh, and good. Only problem was weak internet that kept going in and out. We were told they were getting upgraded service in a week.

The Chestnut Inn is a legitimate old-fashioned and charming inn. The morning breakfast is varied and generous, and our fellow guests were very enjoyable to meet. On the downside, there are nicks in the paint in various places, some of the furniture is worn and should be replaced or renovated, and there are a wholly inadequate number of electrical outlets in the bedroom for today's electronics-toting travelers - including seniors like ourselves.

Lovely quaint hotel with easy walking distance of Niagara Falls (about 20 minutes downhill). The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very well kept property. Fantastic breakfast - we didnt leave hungry. Definately on our list of hotels to revisit.

Lors de notre arrivée, les portes étaient barrées et le # de téléphone inscrit dans la porte ne répondait pas. Cela a pris au moins 45 minutes avant d'être répondu. La maison est vraiment dans un mauvais état de l'extérieur.

チェックイン時の対応が柔軟でした。 部屋も清潔でシャワーの水圧も良好でした。 手作りの朝食も美味しく十分以上の量でした。 WEGOのバス停(B&B)が施設の目の前なのも良かったです。

L’endroit est vraiment bien situé, paisible et vraiment confortable! La propriétaire et son équipe sont accueillants et vraiment gentils! Je recommande chaudement!
