OYO 瀑布旅店 - 近尼加拉娛樂場(OYO Hotel Niagara Falls, ON - Fallsview)

C est honteux !!! On se lave les mains, il y a des fuites on a les pieds mouillés, ça sent hyper fort le tabac, 1 oreiller pour 2, et j en passe, je pense honnêtement que c est un hôtel de pass !! Il ne devrait pas être ouvert aux familles ! J étais avec mes 2 petits, j ai pas fermé un œil avec les bruits ! Et pour finir ils ont voulu nous faire payer 600 dollar au lieu des 140 prévu ! parking payant ! Très mécontente

mauvais experience , beaucoup punais de lit , j'ete obligé de quitter la chambre en pleine nuit😡.et j'ai jetter toute mes vetements. bad experience, a lot of bed bugs, I had to leave the room in the middle of the night 😡. and I threw away all my clothes.

Établissement de base pour quand ont veux aller a Niagara Falls sans se ruiner. Près de la ***** de Niagara Falls Les défauts pas d'acensseur, Personne a la réception avant 11 du matin.

Tres décevant. Les photos sont loin d'être représentatives de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain, déchets d'anciens clients sur le sol, lit très dur.. plus jamais !!!!

Désuet, lits inconfortables et propreté qui laisse reellement à desirer mais personnel sympathique et serviable.

This is our fourth time at the OYO Niagara Falls. The staff is always very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable great place to stay. near Clifton Hill!

This is the worst hotel and should be a motel. There was feces outside my door the rats are huge running around the property. The inside of the room smells and the sheets are gross looking. The floor smells like pee. The entire night all I could smell was pee. As I was brushing my teeth the water was running to my feet. I guess the sink has a bad leak. They gave me a remote and that was for a different tv. The lamps didn’t work. This entire experience was scary my daughter didn’t sleep well as she got to sleep she was woken up my two Men trying to get in our room. What a night no phone to call the front desk can’t find a number. I wish I could give them a -5. I should have my money returned for this place

The picture online did not match what we got. Around the hot tub there was mold, our sheets had stains on them that we had no idea what they were, it was uncomfortable to lay on the bed because of this. There was also a homeless guy that was asleep in front of our door. That was really uncomfortable.
