From the outside it looked lovely. Then we walked into our room. Absolutely filthy, weeks worth of dust embedded into furniture, curtain hanging off rail, shower head hanging off, bath cladding pealing , thick dust everywhere. We spent about 10 minutes in the room and walked out !! Contacted *********** straight away who agreed a full refund. Without doubt the dirtiest dust filled run down room we have ever witnessed.

旅館外面的花園很漂亮。我讓我們預訂到了分鐘所以不幸的是我們不能坐在外面享受它。進入房子時，他們把我們的鑰匙放在門上的一個信封裡，上面寫著《入住須知》。他們要求你把鞋子留在前面（我們並不介意），並且熱水浴缸噴頭會因為聲音而在晚上 11 點之前關閉。 （所以，如果你想在深夜度過一個炎熱的夜晚，就把它從清單上劃掉）。我們住的是園景房。房間漂亮又寬敞，床真的很舒服。我們真的沒有聽到任何其他客人的聲音，直到早上每個人都去吃早餐。早餐供應時間為上午 8:30 至 9:30。他們提供水果、鬆餅，然後為你做一頓每天都不一樣的熱餐。那裡為我們服務的人（我相信是主人）非常細心和友好。與其他客人閒聊也很愉快。步行 15 分鐘即可到達所有地方。如果我再去的話我可能會留在這裡。

Belle maison victorienne qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement extérieur et intérieur chambre un peu sombre très chargée en mobilier et salle de bain toilettes(vieillotte) à l'extérieur de la chambre, le petit déjeuner est bon le parking gratuit à 30 minutes à pied des chutes

我唯一的遺憾是沒有更多的時間與可愛的主人一起在這個可愛的家中度過！我們只在園景房住了一晚。說明清晰易懂。房間很完美，感覺就像我們和家人住在一起一樣。房間裡有所有漂亮的古董家具和裝飾，就像時光倒流一樣。然而，它還有一個電壁爐、空調、平面電視和噴射浴缸！早餐絕對美味，有新鮮水果和法式吐司以及其他一些選擇。沒有什麼太重的，但又飽腹又營養，為一天的觀光做好準備。主人非常好，熱情而且親切！最特別的事情之一就是美麗的花園和庭院！這是必須親眼所見才能欣賞的東西，照片根本無法反映它！如此美麗！！你可以看到我們付出瞭如此多的努力和愛心，才把這棟房子變成了一個讓人感覺如此放鬆和平靜的令人驚嘆的家。我可以繼續說下去，但你必須親自體驗！你不會後悔的！！

我們參觀瀑佈時住在這裡。當我們到達那裡時，我們發現內門的玻璃部分黏著一個信封。我們從未被介紹給主人。我們假設有兩個人提供早餐？我們的房間位於房子的前面，除了空調窗戶裝置之外，從未遇到噪音問題。早餐很好。上菜又快又熱。很不錯。我們確實很享受這次住宿，只是當我們從未受到正式歡迎時感覺很奇怪。順便說一句，花園非常漂亮！

On first appearance the property looked lovely, wonderful gardens. Then you are asked to remove your shoes. You go to your room which on first glance looks goods, until you then see all the dirty under the bedside tables, under the wardrobe and around the floor. The bathroom was a disgrace, no plug in sink, light switch taped up and generally dirty. The kitchen, well it would fail all hygiene standards back in the uk. Rubbish on floor by bin, on worktops, the hob was terrible and you stuck to the floor, which was awful. The fridge nearly made me sick. We only stayed the one night and left very quickly in the morning, not eating breakfast or taking tea. Shame on the owners.

I actually stayed here in Aug 2019 with my boyfriend. Should have written this right away, but I really don’t care that its a little crazy being so long ago. This place is absolutely gorgeous, the decor is stunning, the gardens are heavenly, almost ethereal. The men who own it were nice… at first. On the last day we stayed, I accidentally broke a piece of a glass flowered lamp shade on the dresser when I reached behind it and one of the (loose) glass flowers came off & shattered. I told the owner, because I’m an honest person, and he was very obviously irritated & charged me $80 or $60!!! It was an accident! & I didn’t have to tell him! Furthermore why was such a delicate thing on a dresser?? A **** move in my opinion. Then of course, after that, we noticed our digital camera was gone. We KNOW we didn’t leave it anywhere. Our high suspicion is that the cleaning person stole it..or another guest but that seems unlikely. The only time we had our room unlocked was when we were on the porch, right outside. We didn’t tell the owners of course became we thought it was sound oddly convenient to report that after I had broken a silly lamp shade ..& been charged for it. So if you stay here, ask that your room not be cleaned or something, and don’t reach behind glass lamp shades. You’ll lose money AND your valuables.

10/10, amazing experience. The room we were given was beautiful, the entire building is filled with beautiful decor and a lot of the framework/flooring/doors are all original to give that old-timely feel. It’s located about 3 minutes (driving) from all of the main Niagara Falls attractions, and in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and kind, we had breakfast at 8:30 each morning of our 3 day - 2 night stay, and the meals were delicious. I definitely recommend staying here, if you’re travelling from out of town like we were it makes the trip a million times better, and you can take many photos in the garden outside and within the common areas.

A moment in time is such a charming place to stay! Beautiful house, clean, comfortable, with welcoming hosts that make your stay a breeze. Our arrival was delayed due to our day tour, but A Moment in Time made our checkin process hassle free for us to make our evening reservations. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully in a serene setting! Location is perfect, very close to all that you want to visit, but still a peaceful place to rest!

We enjoyed our stay at David and Daughty's (sp?) residence. The garden was beautiful, and we liked the jacuzzi tub in the Garden Room. Everything that could be decorated was, and whimsical flourishes abounded. The downtown hotels by the falls felt tawdry and loud, but this B&B was close enough to walk to the downtown while being far enough to feel peaceful. Breakfast during our 2 days consisted of fruit, warm muffins, and French toast. I don't recommend this place if you're looking to party. Also, the food by the falls is overpriced junk. We enjoyed a lovely 4-course meal at the nearby Casbah for$25.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon 7 years ago, and we just stayed again and had such a beautiful stay both times. Price is great. Rooms are old fashioned, but lovely! The bed was very comfortable. Loved the two person jacuzzi. And the breakfast was amazing! The hosts have always been very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the falls in about 20-30 minutes.
