瀑布家庭汽車旅館(The Falls Family Lodge)

The place was convenient to the tourist spot and restaurant.

Appart une petite odeur, pas très gênant, l'établissement est propre, la chambre était propre, proche des chutes.

J'avais demandé à l'acceuill de laisser mon auto en face de l'hôtel, il m'a dit pas de problème et j'ai quand même eu une contravention de 25 dollars, et on avait déjà payé notre stationnement de l'hôtel 10 dollars. Très déçu de ça.

La chambre n’étais pas propre, la toilette était pleins de petite mouches , là fan ne fonctionnais pas. Les rideaux de chambres ne sont pas de bonne qualité ils sont transparent et nous avions une lumière à l’extérieur devant notre fenetre ! Donc nous avons très mal dormis!

Could have been cleaner (ex bathroom). Tv remote didn’t work properly, cable/satellite was unstable. Parking was unclear as the name of the property on ******* doesn’t match the actual name of the place

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Good attempts at updating...new floors and fresh paint but could use a bit more attention. Bedding and linens were clean. Over all a great little place with good value for the money. Location is close to all Clifton Hill attractions. Will come back.

Bed room is nice and cozy. matrass is soft and worm. The problem is the door to hallway was locked when I came back from outside. I have key only for my room. It took sometimes to find someone to get help to open the door to the hallway to get back to my own room. If I could not find anyone, i will be locked out of my room for all night. It should not happen like that. I have never seen a hotel door is locked to the hall wayl

The room should provide some water in the rooms. My bestfriend needed to take medication and we had to walk to the store, when she had sore knees.
