As a couple, we had booked a suite for my milestone birthday. It was our first time to the area and we found the town to be charming. The Prince of Wales is the perfect location for walking and restaurants. It's also a stop on the Ghost Walks tour. Our suite was spacious and lovely, but the bathroom needed updating. Not much counter space and the tub/shower was not the best. Shower gel would have appreciated. There is also no elevator, so keep that in mind when trying to manuever luggage up flights of stairs. A highlight for us was the breakfast. We had the B&B package and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The servers were stellar and trained so well. They might have been the best we've ever encountered!!! We had Frank, Victoria and another young woman (I'm sorry I can't recall her name). They were all excellent. The flowers around the outside of the building were especially lovely and well tended. All in all, a very good stay.

We were here for our wedding Anniversary, and, we just had a wonderful time. The staff are ALL amazing! So welcoming, so professional, so helpful! The room is what you'd expect from an old Inn, and everything is in top shape. They went out of their way to provide personal touches for our Anniversary, which were so lovely, and so appreciated! The restaurant food was beyond our expectations! Delicious, you definitely won't leave hungry, and the service is fabulous! They treat you like royalty! We just can't say enough good things. Close to everything.....You park your car, and just enjoy the strolls to anything and everything you have to do. PERFECT! Thank you to ALL!

We are locals celebrating our 41 st wedding anniversary, returning here where we spent our wedding night 41 years ago. Because our anniversary fell on Father’s Day we booked this week to celebrate our special day. My husband booked the pre-summer special they promote in June. When we arrived at the hotel we asked if we had a nice room as we were returning after 41 years ( again) we have gone back other times as well. Thinking hopefully that it might mean something. There was a bottle of bubbly in the room so that was very nice however the room was very small and the first thing I saw was a car parked in front of the only window. To add insult to injury the room had not been cleaned properly and was extremely dusty. I could write my name on the dresser wide trim. We called down to ask for a new room and we’re told there is no other room available. Now this might sound like a sour grapes review but in reality it was heart breaking. We really just wanted to feel pampered and celebrate our anniversary in style… in the place we started our 41 year journey. As well many of the places we normally would go too we’re not open on a Tuesday… wish we had researched this before taking this “deal”. Sad sad place it hasn’t been updated since the early 90’s. Sadly we will never come back.

Once again we visited the Prince Of Wales hotel and once again we were wowed by the warm, personalized service we revceived. This is a special place, folks. By far, the best hotel experience out there. You have to give it a try.

Super séjour dans un décor d’un autre époque. Emplacement exceptionnel près des boutiques et restaurants et en face du parc. Lit et chambre confortable. Service impeccable. Juste parfait. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter de tous les restaurants et services de l’hôtel. À suivre.

Great location. Ambiance and decor was vintage and had Titanic style vibes. Sister hotels are beautiful too. We didn’t get the breakfast package and we should have. You can use it at their sister hotels too and it’s the ala carte menu. Breakfast at Queens Landing was delicious, as was dinner at Post and Pillar. Would recommend any of the Vintage Hotels. Service at all three were excellent.
