比起瀑布附近酒店好多了，而且便宜。開多半小時就到，這家很不錯。有不一樣的體驗。在旁邊麪包店買麪包，酒店還可以幫忙加熱。Spa要提早四周訂，否則沒提過服務。建議攜程可以提醒客人提供這些服務，免得浪費了酒店這麼好的項目。

地段優越 門口就是主幹道 餐廳 麪包店 冰淇淋店 禮品盒 …房間不大確非常安靜 前台工作人員很和善 酒店提供地上 地下免費車位 晚上8點已經沒有空餘座位 酒店餐廳需要預約的！

Everything was excellent. Clean, friendly staff, good food and reasonably priced. Underground parking was a huge plus.

Beautiful upscale hotel with the absolute best staff. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out and every minute in between we were treated like the most important guests! The amenities are endless! Convenient parking, discounts at local wineries, walkable to restaurants and shops, spa services available, complimentary upgrades during slow seasons, complimentary tastings by the chef each night. I will never stay anywhere else when we visit Niagara-on-the-Lake.

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in, and I have been many cities around the world. The staff were very nice. The facility is 10 out of 10! I loved the deal with the selected wineries. We get complimentary wine tasting from them. The Nespresso coffee was great! Even the shampoo and body wash were L’occitane which is a brand I love. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant (Treadwell), it was a great meal.

I got 2 rooms. 1st room was clean, but had low humming sound all night long (we checked everywhere couldn’t solve the mystery), unable to get any sleep. 2nd room had 2 missing duvet covers, only the duvet was there. It didn’t feel clean. Restaurant in the building was OK, nothing out of the ordinary.

Just fantastic! It’s located right on the Main Street in NOTL and services were not disrupted during the Christmas holiday. All the staff we ran into were extremely friendly and helpful. The room amenities were of great quality and the rooms were lovely just as pictured. The underground parking was a blessing. We’d certainly come back again!

Our stay at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa was fantastic. We received an unprompted room upgrade, and the staff were extremely helpful in providing everything we needed. The spa was extremely well done, RMT’s Edward and Amelia gave fantastic massages. The entire experience was perfect
