Great option if all you need is a place to sleep for the night.

Bien insonorisé, à 12 minutes des chutes et Clinton Hill a 2 min des ourlets. Beaux espaces pour marcher. 2 chambres fermées avec salle à manger et grand frigo. Salle de bain avec douche

Toll war die Sauberkeit und die netten Angestellten. Zu den Niagaras ca. 10 Minuten und es bestand die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus zu fahren. Für den Preis ein Renner.

I had stayed here before, with general comments in my review that the facility was adequate, good value, and generally convenient, but that it could use some small upgrades like more lighting. Unfortunately, it was even darker than I remember (light cover missing in kitchen, no light above mirror in bathroom), and I had forgotten that the kitchen(ette) had absolutely no dishes or utensils. Also, breakfast was not offered this time (perhaps due to COVID-19, but strange at this point in the pandemic). Anyway, it is still good value compared to the alternatives, but I was disappointed that some easy fixes weren't implemented since last time. They would make our next stay more pleasant, though as mentioned, it did serve our needs.

This is basically a college dorm with bigger beds! It was perfect fir what we needed. Very clean. Incredibly affordable. Right between the falls and the 31 wineries on the lake and outlet shopping across the road.

대체로 만족스러웠어요. 똑같은 방 두개에 침대 둘ᆢ학교기숙사의 전형적인 모습! 커피포트가 없어 조금 아쉬웠지만, 다른 시설은 편리하고 넓고 쾌적하여 좋았어요.

Excellent pour le prix!

Wow...what a place. This is obviously a college residence for students most of the time, and yet it works very well as a cost-effective base for exploring the Niagara region. The drive down to Niagara Falls is easy and under 15 minutes, and the property is easy to find as well -- just off the highway. Our apartment was almost identical inside to the one we had at the Residence and Conference Centre in Ottawa, only this Niagara version was better. Carpetted rooms. Desks and TVs in both bedrooms. Spotless bathroom. And the campus is very attractive, too. Plentiful parking right outside the building. Laundry facilities are on site too, if you need them. Bring your own cookware/plates/kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking, though, as apart from a fridge and microwave, the cupboards in the kitchenette are bare. That being sid, with the choice of restaurants and breakfast places in Niagare Falls and NOTL, you will probably (like us) not particularly care! We would certainly come back to this place.
