福朋喜來登聖凱瑟琳尼亞加拉大套房酒店(Four Points by Sheraton St. Catharines Niagara Suites)

The hotel was filled with youth hockey players. They played soccer in the hallway in front of our room till 9:30PM (we couldn't sleep). We repeatedly complained to the front desk (they initially did not answer our call). When they did answer our call they were unable to control the children. The next day our room was upgraded (thank you). But even at the new room location the kids ran around unchecked.

The experience was below my expectations. We booked this hotel considering the amenities offered and how the room looked. But the 2 queen bed offered on checkin were soo old, small and basic. Interiors are not that good. Considering I came here in search of good service and quality rooms, I believe i should have taken room closer to Niagra. Both rooms had something missing - one had no mirror, bathroom sinked was clogged, other one didn't had a garbage bin, no proper chair to sit on. The reception looked grand but the rooms were below average, so I would not recommend this hotel unless you getting it for below $100. NOT RECOMMENDED for $200

Nous nous sommes retrouvés à cet hébergement à la dernière minute puisque notre location de maison a été cancellé. L'emplacement est super! 15 minutes des chutes, à proximité des vignobles. Pour nous, l'emplacement était parfait. 8 bornes de recharge tesla sur place et 4 bornes régulières avec charge gratuite pour les clients qui fut une agréable surprise pour nous ayant une tesla et notre couple d'amis ayant également une voiture électrique. Grande chambre ( suite) qui nous a permis de se rassembler, discuter et manger entre amis. Belle décoration, beaux meubles. Grands espaces. Excellent service, autant du personnel hôtelier que du personnel du restaurant pour Déjeuner.

We were staying at a quite expensive room in this hotel for a planned five nights, but due to an injury to a family member we had to leave early. The hotel would not cancel the remaining time and we had to pay full price for a shorter stay.

The room is good but service is very poor, i booked for 8 nights they didn’t provide room service not a single time. No room cleaning. Short of staff. Overall very bad experience with this hotel .
