Très bon accueil et relation courtoise, nous avons été attendus et le service a été des plus agréables de l'arrivée jusqu au départ . Nos hôtes ont le sens du service et s adaptent à nos demandes avec grâce. La chambre était jolie, la literie confortable et l hôtel, à flanc de côteaux, offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville et la mer en horizon, de jour comme de nuit où les lumières de la ville resplendissaient. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Nice et je reviendrai probablement au Panoramic. Encore merci à nos hôtes de leur sourire et leur gentillesse et pour leurs conseils. Lila B.

Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel très bon emplacement chambre propre à la décoration soignée bon petit déjeuner ,hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter et ou nous retournerons certainement pour notre prochain séjour à Nice .

Nous sommes restés 5 jours à l'hôtel Panoramic de Nice. Situé sous l'observatoire de Nice cet hôtel de charme offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie des anges, jusqu'aux pistes de l'aéroport et au delà. On peut voir les avions décoller et atterrir...sans le bruit. Certaines chambres ont des terrasses très agréables avec vue. Se renseigner avant de réserver car par exemple la 9 donne sur un mur. Les réfractaires aux escaliers pourront s'abstenir.

Une merveille!! Quelle jolie découverte de ce lieu! C'est cosy, nous y avons excellemment bien dormi et cette vue magnifique au réveil, la petite terrasse privative, le personnel charmant, tout y est!

我們住的是 12 號房間（套房），但我們睡得很差。房間位於地下室，非常潮濕，他們會在白天關閉空調，因此無法去除濕氣和難聞的氣味。另外，床墊完全壞了，保證腰痛。這間臥室位於地下室，因此看不到任何風景。我不能給超過一顆星，而且我根本不推薦它。

Stayed here for a long weekend in Nice and could not recommend it more. The bedroom was cosy with a gorgeous view of the city from our balcony, the staff - magnifique and the breakfasts were delicious. Ideally located near a bus and tram stop so very easy to travel into the city to spend the day. If we come back to Nice, we would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Belle vue pour le coucher de soleil, bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très agréable et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est varié. La chambre et les sanitaires étaient impeccables. Seul bémol sur l'isolation phonique (on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté et au dessus)

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. However, the hotel is located a 15 minute walk to get down to a main street level and the train you have take to get into Old Nice. The hotel offers a breakfast and dinner option but staff and dining are gone by about 7:30pm and there is no alternative food options close to the hotel. Overall the hotel and staff are very lovely and the room is very clean but the hotel has very limited access to dining options. Old Nice is very easy to get to after the 15 minute walk down a hill by train.

Owners are so kind and helpful to customers. It was a first time for me to visit France. And I didn’t know at all. But they taught me a lot about famous places and cuisine as well. So I appreciate you very much. And more, the view from the room was awesome! It was located in quite town. I really recommend to stay here if you like the local atmosphere.

Fabulous hotel, spectacular views and lovely characterful rooms and terraces. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is fab. A real hideaway close to the city - the walk back up is strenuous though! Hope to be back again soon!

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel avec un emplacement magnifique. Tant par l’accueil, la chambre avec cette vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner nous avons était conquis. Une super adresse. C’est vrai qu’il est pas facile de se garer selon les heures mais nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel en le sachant donc aucune surprise. Le seul petit bémol : la porte de la chambre n’est pas très isolante du bruit du couloir et de la cuisine. Mais quand on passe un très bon séjour c’est bien une des choses qu’on arrive à oublier. Merci pour leurs sourires, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

Die Aussicht ist grandios - sie erinnert an den gleich- namigen Film von 1955 mit Grace Kelly und Cary Grant. Außerdem liegt das Hotel direkt an der Grand Corniche, die man unbedingt einmal befahren sollte. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps (Ausflüge, Restaurants) gegeben. Abends sind wir zu Fuß an die Strandpromenade, den Hafen und in die Altstadt gegangen. Das dauert jeweils knapp 30 Minuten, aber direkt am Hotel hält auch ein kleiner Bus.

If you want to feel welcome, this is the hotel for you! We felt more like invited guests than customers! The owners greeted us every morning with a delicious breakfast, fantastic coffee and plenty of advice on how to best enjoy the city and surrounding areas! The room was comfortable and the private terrace was an added bonus. We would gladly stay at this hotel again!

Valerie and Gio are amazing, super friendly, accommodating and with the best posible vibes. We truly recommend this location, you can coordinate the trips with hotel selective pick up, we like to walk, so we also went to the port walking ~ 1 hour. The view is majestic.
