新潟Welcia 新瀉西內野店（藥妝店）附近酒店

My family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

サッカー観戦で１泊宿泊。新潟駅までやや距離はあるが、十分徒歩圏内。周りは繁華街でお買い物や遊びにも快適。飲み屋街へも近い。ホテル自体は年季があるが、シックなデザインで申し分なし。室内もシングルで寝るだけなら十分。お手洗いも旧式のウォシュレット。朝食はビュッフェで新潟ローカルフードも楽しめる。また次回利用したいホテルです。

離新潟站不到5分鐘步程的地利，因座落靜巷因此十分安靜，加上豐盛且均衡的早餐，除了難得的水果(番茄和草莓)，連味噌湯都是滿滿的蔬菜，物超所值，大力推薦。 附近的白山神社是著名的姻緣參拜所，萬代美術館大樓可以登高望遠。

乘坐新幹線從東京抵達後，我們在新潟站的 JR 東日本大都會酒店住了兩晚。我想我們離開了西邊的大廳，酒店的標誌很容易跟隨。人行道進入酒店的 3 層。非常方便，就在7-11旁邊。清酒博物館也超級方便。絕對必須參觀。登記入住很有效率，我們的房間在頂層（9 樓）。一個相當基本的房間，除了室內保險箱外什麼都有。水壺沒有提供咖啡（也沒有瓶裝水），只有茶。沒問題，因為可以在接待處旁邊的等候區製作免費咖啡。接待區還提供更多洗浴用品。房間裡只有牙刷。房間裡的浴室很大，有一個洗漱區和一個像溫泉一樣的凳子，還有一個浴缸。這就是參觀接待處的便利設施區派上用場的地方。 Wifi 足夠快，可以滿足我們的需求。當我們在雨中到達時，便利的位置對我們來說很棒。食物甚至購物都有很多選擇。探索周圍。我們確實購買了新潟市環路巴士的一日通行證（每位成人 500 日元）。退房和入住一樣高效。雖然沒有太多風景，但酒店正適合我們。絕對值得考慮

極推！！！！ 日本常見的房間不大、廁所也小小的房型，但飯店房間我覺得比一般的稍大一些，大李箱打開後還有走道可以再開一個登機小行李箱，床旁邊還有一張桌子跟長椅，吃東西、化妝什麼的很方便🫶🏻 ❤️雙人房不會到很小，跟90公斤的胖子老公一起睡也不會很擠 ❤️飯店備品充足，除了刮鬍刀、卸妝棉、擦澡巾、梳子是一個set需櫃台自費購買外，其他牙膏牙刷、洗頭洗澡潤髮洗臉都有。 ❤️位置極佳，車站一出來就看到，對面有Lawson、轉角有7-11，附近居酒屋很多，晚上不怕沒東西吃。 ❤️櫃台有遇到兩位會說中文的人員，大家都親切友善，日本人員知道你是外國人也會刻意放慢說話速度+圖片說明，真的很感謝 ❤️早餐種類眾多，好吃，帶位的小姊姊好美🥺 ❤️澡堂需自帶毛巾，內有化妝水、卸妝乳、臉部乳液、身體乳，女湯進去需逼卡+密碼，休息區有按摩椅還有漫畫根本天堂 唯二小缺點是大廳冷氣沒開很大，有點熱；還有周邊晚上因為居酒屋多，女生一個人走需稍微注意⚠️ 撇除這些真的非常完美，下次回訪新潟會100%考慮再住一次👍👍

離新瀉站真的很近，可以從天橋通道走過來到酒店，不怕颳風下雨。房間很小，適合商務人士，酒店含早晚的套餐非常合算，尤其晚餐，一人份的日式套餐特別漂亮，量也很足。

Comfortable stay. Staff was polite and attentive, as IHG Diamond member I choose breakfast and the breakfast was having good spread and delicious (they rotate the menus for rice, soup so no boring at all during breakfast). Room was good and comfortable, even the bathroom was new. Will be back for sure. Thank you

This hotel was near the station and offered adequate facilities. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed other than to serve buffet breakfast. Also no bottled water was provided within room (we were directed to the dispensing machine by the front desk staff) which might just possibly have been to minimise the use of such plastic bottles (or not .. who knows?!). An overnight stay place only really.

離車站很近，對拖着箱子來説很友好，房間也不錯，門口的寬度打開26寸箱子可以平放。 設施：沒有吸煙室，吸煙者不是很方便。 服務：活久見，丟失門卡要賠9000yen！雖然我沒丟，但總覺得很害怕。

房間的大小，設施，檔次都非常不錯，特別是三面環海，基本都是海景房。窗户很大，採光一級棒！距離左渡碼頭步行8分鐘可達，去左渡島非常方便！美中不足就是該酒店位置相對“孤立”，不像JR附近的賓館那樣走出來就是各類美食和便利店；這個酒店周邊幾乎無任何餐飲店，步行1公里左右到pia萬代的魚碼頭，或者步行1.2公里到新瀉日報社，萬代橋附近覓食。喜歡安靜的絕對可以選擇這裏。樓下有巴士站直接到新瀉JR或者市中心（不過步行也就1公里多）
