Staff makes fun of clients right under their nose. Full experience below ↓ Stayed for one night after a train cancellation. I found this hotel to be conveniently located near the station. In the lobby I was greeted by a young woman. She was friendly and polite. However, from that point onwards, I've had nothing but bad experiences. First off, the room. For the price, it's all right. You will find that the walls have stains all over them and that there are no curtains. The latter will be especially noticeable when the sun wakes you up at 5:30 in the morning. Other than that, it's decent. Second, the breakfast: not worth the price. You'll get a dime a dozen juice, corn flakes, coffee, and microwaved deep-freeze croissants. So far, I would have rated this an average hotel, if it weren't for my terrible experience in the morning. While eating breakfast the staff was making fun of me right under my nose. Just a couple of feet away from me, they were mocking me and laughing at me. They must have thought I don't understand Arabic. Poor luck for them, I speak Arabic. I wasn't the only client they were mocking either. I am sure that other clients caught on to what was happening even without speaking a word of Arabic. The staff wasn't exactly being subtle about it. This is downright unacceptable. Shame on them! In a hotel that was already on the edge of decent, having disgraceful staff making fun of clients turns it into a hellscape. I don't recommend this hotel. In fact, I recommend you avoid it by all means.
