During my stay the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, with Mr. Riyaz deserving a special mention for his outstanding service. On the downside, the rooms fell short of expectations.they were functional, but lack of certain amenities or perhaps a need for refurbishment contributed to a less-than-optimal stay. The decor and furnishings might benefit from an update. Despite the room-related setbacks, the hotel's prime location and the warmth of the staff, particularly Mr. Riyaz, still made it a memorable stay.

The holiday resort exceeded all expectations, primarily due to its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Special mention for Ms Shagufta, Mr. Riyaz & team who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile, creating a welcoming experience. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities top-notch, and the a**osphere welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a stress-free and memorable getaway.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fortune Heevan Resort. The property is serene with a beautiful garden, close to nishat garden and dal lake but at the same time away from the hustle bustle. Food is excellent and people are warm. Special thanks to Zubair, Riyaz, Guddu, Shagufta, Iqra and the ***ager Mr Rabindra for their warm hospitality.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fortune Heevan... The property is serene, has a beautiful garden, good gym, is close to Nishat garden and dal lake away from the hustle bustle...Food was really good n service warm.... Excellent property.. Nice to stay for family.. Food was stupendous and service was best.. Riaz and Zuber were too good.. Shugufta was courteous to us..Chef Darshanlal and entire team gave us tasty items as per our needs..Thsnkful for special breakfast at 7 am on day of departure..Too good...Dr. Vijay Setiya, Pune, Mr. Ravindra Dugad...

Rooms are clean and comfortable.foods are also good and customer service is just awesome.specially mr.riyaz in the restaurant is always serving with smile.overall nice stay with relaxing a**osphere .room heaters are good and washroom also clean

Very Beautiful place. Cozy rooms. Yummy food and great service . Friendly and polite staff, especially Riyaz, Shugufta , Zubair and Uzair (they were very helpful and friendly) everyone was very kind and accommodating, the staff always greeted us with smile on their face . Honestly enjoyed our time here.

Excellent property at a location that is walking distance from Nishat bagh. Amazing stay, super fast room service. The rooms we got had a very nice garden in front and the mornings felt pleasant and heavenly. Special shout out to the team at their restaurant Cafe Chinar - Captain Mr Riyaz Ahmad, Zubair and Chef Kundan. Their hospitality was great. Every dish I tried was simply left me wanting more.

Hotel is a very beautiful property scenic n memorizing view..food is awesome service is good and staff are very friendly on the whole had an awesome and relaxed stay here special mentioned thanks to Zubair.....and Mr Riyaz they are very helpful..they took care of our needs..and also helping of our choice of dishes..I suggest to every visit such a beautiful property.
