Thermostat in the room was broken so I froze all night. No hair dryer. Prices for the breakfast were exorbitant, $7 for one cup of berries. I checked out early because I was participating in an athletic competition and I needed to be well rested and fed with nutritious food. Charged for full three nights even though I only stayed one. I will never stay at a Marriott again.

Worst Marriott hotel experience ever!! Arrived after midnight and traveling 4 hours to find our room dirty, towels on floor and broken lamp. Next day returned to find room door had been left OPEN after cleaning- thankfully nothing stolen. Manager refused to even come out of office to speak to us. Will never stay at this location again!!

For the price, breakfast should be provided. There was a lovely picture in the elevator of a hot breakfast but only food for purchase like a store was offered. hot tub was out of service, and the smoke alarm was placed so a bright light flashed over our beds.

This hotel is your typical Courtyard Hotel. They have similar layouts and size rooms. The differentiator was the staff, their responsiveness to an issue and the food & beverage service. The breakfast offered the typical choices, but the implementation left much to be desired. Ordered the oatmeal and was given a bowl that had cold oatmeal which was swimming in honey. So much so, that the oatmeal was not edible. No pastries were offered. At least the coffee was good. The major issue encountered was with the bill. They staff decided that I should pay for another guest's bill along with mine. When I realized the error, they challenged me on the error, as someone would have 2 breakfasts. It was if I had to prove my innocence They refused to cancel the initial charge, but would only offer a credit which will cause major issues on my expense report. The overall attitude was one of indifference. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay at another hotel. If you need to stay at this Courtyard, go out for breakfast. Overpriced and poor quality. Better can be had elsewhere.

I was very disappointed to return to my room after a long day of work to see that my room had not been serviced. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that housekeeping was finished for the day and they didn’t get to every room. Pretty disappointing. I was considering booking an upcoming business meeting at the hotel, but will not be at this point. Also, I was awoken abruptly this morning early by a fire alarm when I rushed to get dressed and go down to the front desk, there were no apologies. Just said it was an accident.

Our reservation was not honored, despite the fact that we confirmed over the phone and checked in early on the app. Apparently they had a pipe burst never bothered to call any of the guests whose rooms they did not honor. A fierce storm hit the area on the night of my visit with heavy rain, high winds, lightning and thunder. Although the wind and rain shook the building, everything held together and after the storm passed I enjoyed a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their property. If I go back to Noblesville I will surely consider staying here again.

Where do I begin!? Check-in was a disaster. Desk clerk had no clue how to operate the computer and a woman with glasses had to come and assist her with a simple check-in. By the time they were done with mine, there was a line of 10 people waiting in the lobby to get to their rooms. When I first got to my room, I noticed a smell, but ignored it. Then, upon further investigation, I found MOLD and MUSHROOMS in the carpet, drapes, and coming out of the wallpaper! Disgusting! I called to the front desk to request new accommodations and the incompetent clerk let me know that she did not know how to change rooms in her computer system so I would have to stay where I was. At this point, it was nearing 11pm and I was due to wake at 7am, so I needed to get some sleep... In the morning, things got even worse. I was really looking forward to some coffee and fresh food from the Bistro. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this is something I have come to expect. NOPE! I was told by the front desk that the Bistro attendant did not show up and this was a common occurrence. On this day however, the manager would not answer her phone to come in and cover. Lousy! I decided it was immediately time to checkout. When leaving, there was a system issue and the desk clerk said she would email my receipt. Did I ever receive it? NO! This Courtyard is a sorry excuse for a Marriott branded property. The company that operates this franchise should be ashamed of the management and associates that are in place. If anyone needs assistance in how to turn this place around, I have an ideal or two I can pass your way. After calling BACK to gather my folio, someone who works in sales was able to help me, and emailed it to me. Thank you to that kind woman. It sounds like you are part of the only competent department in this place! Long story short, I will never ever return here. This place needs to be condemned and it's managers without jobs.

When walking into the lobby my initial thought was this is a nice place, and it smells good. Most of the staff was okay. Omg was I fooled. Once past the lobby area the hotel has a stale musty smell. Hotel needs to be updated. I continued to my room I wish I could remember the room number. The smell was not so pleasant it smelled like mildew. There was a brown spot on the ceiling above my bed. I couldn't switch rooms due to the hotel being sold out. So, I just toughed it out since I was only there for one night. Only to wake up in the morning and notices the floor was wet and gross. I opened the curtains to check the floor and there were black spots on the wall that appeared to be mold. I looked a little closer and there was what appeared to be a mushroom growing out of the carpet. I looked this up only to read that mushroom's growing out of the carpet means there is mold, I couldn't believe my eyes. How horrible and disgusting that is. This is probably why I was sneezing and coughing all night. I will never stay in this hotel again and this is not Marriott standards by any means. I immediately packed my stuff and left.

room 305 i booked through ******* was told it was a king size bed with pull out couch. when arrived and checked in i was given a room with 2 double beds. Frig in room was small set up inconveniently. i asked why not the king size room i booked she said it was same price regardless. i didnt argue any further. then at 1AM i was charged an additional $420 on my card when asked why they said it was a glitch. they had new people training...NOT MY FAULT!!! The GM acted as if it was an inconvenience to her to have to deal with me. I spoke to her numerous times and she never resolved the issue. Acted as though $420. was nothing to be concerned over. I explained that i hadnt been able to sleep after seeing that charged to my account. again no big deal to her. Its been a week and she has yet to return my phone calls. I would not stay there again for fear of being ripped off! i have sent emails and made phone calls all to be told a different story that she is busy or isnt there or is in meetings etc. If a member of the staff isnt trained properly it falls back on management it should not be at the expense of a guest! The rooms were extremely high cost for hard beds and they don't even offer a continental breakfast. The railing around the courtyard was broken which is a hazard as well.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Unfortunately without a good staff, a nice and clean hotel is useless and the stay is tainted. I worked as a front desk/night audit for 5 1/2 years so I feel pretty confident in knowing the basic ins and outs of a hotel front desk. When I arrived, they didn’t even check my ID (HUGE safety issue which could become a massive liability in the worst case scenario) just handed me keys. Fine, whatever. The next morning I waited at the bistro for about 5 minutes with no service. I asked the woman at the desk and she said she’d ring him. Did she not see me standing there waiting all that time? Then I asked for change and she apologized - TO THE BISTRO GUY - for calling him out and making him wait. When I walked back over to the bistro, he was gone again. Despite being the guest, I felt like an inconvenience. Again, whatever. I went up to the desk once or twice more in my stay and at one point the guy told me to come back later because he is new and didn’t know how to do it. (I was simply asking to put one single restaurant charge on a different card.) why is he working the desk alone if he can’t handle simple desk tasks? Instead of learning his new job, him and the also new bistro guy were just sitting around talking. Again fine, whatever. I was willing to forgive all of this but my last straw was when, on my last day, I asked for a bill to the room. The woman at the desk couldn’t help me, but she grabbed someone who could, Natalie. Natalie told me that it would be easier to check me out if I wanted the bill. I told her that I’d still be in the room for about an hour, and I just wanted a print out. She was visibly annoyed! She literally tossed her hands in the air. It’s not like I was asking for anything crazy - literally just a printed copy of my bill. Again, as someone who used to work in hospitality, I know this happens ALL the time. And as a hospitality worker, it is not the guests job to make things easier for you. She replied “I’ll just check you out.” I’m at a loss for words. I receive better hospitality service at a McDonald’s drive thru than from Natalie. I understand it’s not always a great job, but it is still your job. Get a different one if you hate guests so much. For what was spent on this room, the customer service was actually abysmal. That being said - in my week long stay I did have some pleasant staff interaction. Cara in housekeeping left me a kind note and hand sanitizer! A blonde tattooed woman at the bistro was exceptionally kind and understands customer service well. And an Asian woman cleaning the lobby greeted me and seemed genuinely kind. All my other interactions with staff made me feel like nothing more than a bother. For the money paid, at a relatively “nice” hotel, this was a major disappointment.

Check in and check out went very smooth upon check in gave them my name and they just handed me the room keys. Front desk personnel at both check in and check out were very nice and friendly. Actually when ever you passed the desk they would greet you and tell you to have a nice day. Room was beautiful. The outlet in the bathroom was not working was not a real problem just dried my hair in the bedroom area. The only down fall was the way the rates were my price went up 20.00 more for each additional night ended up paying over $500.00 for 3 nights and for a Courtyard that just seems to be too much
