My stay was too good. The hotel staff was very good. The waiting time was also very less and the management of the staff is also too good. My stay at the hotel was very pleasant and i loved the ambience, the room and services provided by the hotel's staff. The food was too good. No thanks

i've had a terrible experience at ayyan residency, primarily due to the night staff's unprofessional behavior. specifically, extremely rude when i approached him for assistance. when i asked if they had a first aid kit as i needed medicine, he bluntly replied that the hotel doesn't keep a first aid box. although the room itself was decent, the bathroom had several issues. the geyser wasn't working, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, and there were cockroaches in the almirah. overall, my stay was disappointing, and i hope the management takes necessary steps to address these concerns and improve their staff's behavior.🙏🏻

Room quality was not as per price category. The room space is too small at this price value.
