Bloom was a very comfortable and safe hotel stay. The entire staff was very helpful, service is fast and Mr Shrestha Gupta at the reception was very cooperative and helpful with all the queries and check out process. The food is good and the room was clean with good amenities. They had a chatbot service for all needs - WiFi, iron, room service etc., which is responded quickly and efficiently. Lift can be updated as it is a bit difficult to use, other than that, the ambience of the hotel is warm and nice and I also found the neighbourhood to be good

room is good..check in was nice...food was below.average..outside food not allowed..thats wrong...Food qulaity need lot of improvement

I would rate the stay as average. Details are as below : Pros : 1. Property was well maintained and clean. Rooms were maintained and clean too. 2. Breakfast was good and restaurant neat and clean as well. 3. Location is nice as well. Cons: 1. They do not provide any toiletries in Room. You need to ask for every thing Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, Comb, Moisturizers, Slippers. Everything is available upon call. This is little annoying. 2. No Shower available in bathroom. They expect you to Bath with hand held Faucet/shower. This is a sheer joke.
