I am a gym member at Radisson Blu MBD, Noida and was shocked by the condition of the men’s gym shower area. The space is extremely suffocating because the AC is not working at all and the ventilation grill in the shower area is completely dead – it is neither blowing air nor extracting it. The air inside is very stale and humid, making it uncomfortable and frankly unhealthy to take a shower after a workout. I had already written this issue in the complaint register, but nobody has bothered to even come and inspect it, which is very disappointing for a property that calls itself a five‑star hotel. Basic maintenance of AC and exhaust in the shower area is the minimum a guest expects, and until this is fixed I would strongly discourage anyone from using the gym showers here.
