The location is excellent, staff good, unit was OK, But no lifts and units a bit scattered.
Biggest problem was with car parking, lack there of.
It may prevent me from booking again as I would always come by car and I noted that the Manager made sure he has a car park spot, but what about paying guests??

Booking said river view. Didn’t get a river or pool view, but street. Was told they were all taken and not given any money back, told trip got it wrong. Ants crawling up the wall into bathroom. Location great.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé dans la rue commerçante de noosa heads et à deux pas de la magnifique plage. Le studio est vraiment très bien agencé et très mignon. Très folie piscine et l’accueil exceptionnel avec de nombreux conseils sur ce qu’il y a à voir et à faire. Je recommande vivement

It was our second visit to Laguna and we love it. Beautiful river view from our balcony and helpful staff. I definitely go back again as I love their pool. It’s also very handy to everything. The only problem with this hotel is that they have no lift and as we are older it was a problem with carrying our bags up to the third floor. We still enjoyed every minute though.

We love staying at the Laguna, the location right on Hastings St, the price and the rooms are nicely renovated and well equipped. Great pool area and gardens, very tranquil. Everything you need at a great price! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location, my daughter and I shared a River view studio. Modern clean and we appointed with sustainable products. Heaps of space for luggage and relaxing. Tony and Sharon are so so friendly and amenable, nothing too much trouble. It was a staycation for us, easy parking and peaceful, right at the end of Hastings St. So quiet and tucked away with the Noosa Ferry at your doorstep. Perfect and will definitely re book.

Great location - friendly staff - large and comfortable room overlooking the pool - 30 metres from amazing coffee and cocktails. We were there with grown up kids - cannot recommend it enough. Swim and a coffee - home to the pool - everyone slowly got ready before we hit Hastings Street for lunch. Another swim and a cocktail with sandy feet. The best!

We stayed 2 weeks at Laguna Hotel. Over August /Sept 2024. We stayed in Room 210 and had a fabulous time aided by perfect weather. The hotel is at the top quiet end of Hastings Street. We only used our car for golf. Beach,and Restaurants all close .Tony and team friendly hosts.. We have booked again for next year. Ian and Carol.
