努薩山度假酒店(Noosa Hill Resort)

Had a great stay at Noosa Hill Resort. Location is great as it is near the town centre and short walk down the beach and Hastings street so close to shopping, eating places and supermarkets etc. resort is quite well maintained overall although it is a bit dated.

badly maintained and two days without wifi which was not addressed even though we notified them numerous times. compensation should have been offered at the very least.

Convenient but very out dated. The room wasn’t clean.

Great location with good amenities. Would stay there again. Only negative would be the noise durin the day from renovation works in another apar**ent.

Good property. Service needs to be addressed. Not acceptable. Rooms need to have better care taken off in respect of Air condition and dish-washing machine, both were broken. One remote control and the other door handle. Old and barely functioning. Room supply need to correspond the days you are Booked for and not just one day as was supplied to us. Going to reception every day for sugar and tea is defiantly unacceptable. Room service needs to be at least every 2 to 3 days not ones every 8 days. We staid 7 days and had no room service at all. Rooftop spar should have a sunblock cover. It can not be used during the day time at all. To hot. Umbrella can not be open because of the high winds. Good apar**ent but grossly overpriced given the position and the in apar**ent condition.

Outstanding apar**ent near Noosa Junction, with all the comforts of home and beautiful facilities. Customer service was excellent too!

We stayed a week in a 2 bedroom third floor apar**ent with large sun terrace. The apar**ent overlooked the pool & at time it was very loud & noisy. The pool itself was very nicely fitted with cabanas, loungers & a spa pool. The property provided pool towels. The bedrooms were of a good size with wardrobes & the master with ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment if you wanted to cook if not a large range of cafes & restaurants are close by. Hastings St is a 15 min walk downhill.

Desk staff friendly, accommodating and professional. Have stayed here since mid ‘90’s and the place keeps getting better.
