The hotel was fine but the staff is a bit of a problem. 1. We couldn't get into the parking garage because of a fault with its entry system. When I asked about it they told me to call the parking garage operator. Why don't they?? It affects nearly every guest. 2. The waitress at the rooftop bar works very very slowly. Maybe someone with some more enthusiasm would be useful. An ingredient was missing for my cocktail, an ingredient that can be bought from any store. They don't care. 3. At breakfast I remarked to one of the staff that there were no utensils for taking pastries and bread. First they told me I was mistaken then they told me that I should have told them earlier. So, it's my fault? Staff training is necessary.
