It was a horrible service from check-in to Check-out. Me and my family arrived Friday evening to check-in well none of the reservations paper work was printed out so we had to wait okay no big deal. We get to the room well key card did not work so we had to go back down the to service desk to get that situated. At that point we were tired and hungry so the front desk attendant express they will have it fix when we get back. We get back around 10pm and our key card still was not operational, we had to go back down at this point we were really tired and sleepy so the front desk attendant had to use his master card to let us in for tonight. Get up the next morning (Saturday) still no key card operational, we endure this the whole stay. Property manger had to hook up a computer just to open the door for each time we need to leave the property. Didn’t get ask to move to another room til Saturday night which we were to exhaust to move anll our belongings and we had an 5am flight Sunday morning. This was a very inconvenience for me and my family. Room 302 needs a major upgrade to that room. I pray they take that room off line until they are able to fix the door. I will never recommend this property to anyone.
