諾福克新維多利亞套房酒店(New Victorian Inn & Suites-Norfolk)

Newly renovated hotel that was very clean and beds were comfortable.

One night spent here while passing through on a business trip. The room assigned to me was just off the lobby so it was noisy early after I arrived late. The breakfast was so-so as compared to what other properties offer. The check-in clerk was nice. The room was fine although the housekeeper missed some hair in the bathroom from a prior guest. Great water pressure in the shower and nice, thick towels. Slow tub drain meant a shower in standing water. Overall, the place feels a bit tired, but was a fair value for the price paid.

Stayed here because the review rating was over a 9. I do not know how they got that high of a rating if all the rooms were like mine. First the bathroom was out dated and the fiberglass tub had chuncks missing in it. Second we were on the bottom floor and everytime someone flushed or did something with the plumbing it sounded like a tidal wave was crashing into the room. I rarely leave a review, but I was not happy at all with my stay there. Breakfast was standard run of the mill items. Did buscuits and gravy and the gravy from the crock pot was cold. I know I would not stay here again.

Staff was great. Rooms clean. Front entrance not at all handicap friendly nor were the bathrooms.

Our room smelled. It was clean but it had a horrible cigarettes smell. The staff was super nice and friendly. Hotel overall was great just the smell in the room which I informed the hotel.

The smell was horrible like a sewer and the bed was terrible. A big dip in the middle. Awful! And noisy

We come every 3 years and stay here to visit family, Saturday night was the worst stay ever, men yelling down the hallway and knocking on our door, we did not confront them but told front desk about it, I know we can’t get our money back because Sunday we checked out but this should not happen

Renovations made the stay enjoyable. The staff was very welcoming , professional and helpful.
