Jermaine was awesome! He went above and beyond to help tell us about the area and gave us great recommendations for food. He has a genuine passion for life and helping his guests. The guy at the front desk was fantastic! He was helpful, friendly and had the best attitude of anyone I’ve dealt with at a hotel desk. We only stayed there overnight before catching a flight but our experience at this hotel was actually better than our destination hotel that cost 4 times as much! And here, we got a free hot cookie and coffee, as opposed to our destination hotel where they wanted $6 for a cookie.
SStay691196I have been a Hilton honors customer for years. I had booked a mid week stay and the website glitched to the wrong day. I requested the date be corrected once I found out about it. The hotel manager said it was a “no Show and the charge is valid and will remain.” This was the most petty, unreasonable answer. I would stay away from this and ALL Hampton Inns. They are run by near illiterates with no sense of allegiance. I will never stay with any of the Hilton brands again. They treat customers like garbage.
