諾曼麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Norman, OK)

Location was great! However, our room was on the first floor and walked in and noticed our door wouldn’t close properly so even if we locked it from the inside you could open the door from the outside with no key! Also the window was broken and wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Went to the front desk and they changed us to another room.. not very politely might I add. Upon arriving into our second room the room was NASTY! The pictures attached are from the second room. Literally someone’s hair in the “clean” towels. Also they were hand towel size and that is what they give you for bath towels. Went to the front desk to ask for new towels and they said we had to bring our old ones out. So I had to go back to the room and grab the dirty towels to bring them to exchange. Dead bugs and what appeared to be animal stains in the carpet. Not to mention whatever was on the curtains. All in all extremely filthy hotel. If I could leave zero stars I would.

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba bien por lo que solicitamos ayuda y nos cambiarom fe habitacion. La lampara de luz de mi velador no funcionaba. En la nueva habitacion la cama sonaba cada vez que me voltwaba.

These are probably the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever stayed on in a hotel. There was a moth dead on the floor in the bathroom and the bathtub had like a huge crack in it. The room also had a major musty smell. Overall would not stay here again.

The mattress was to soft for me, a clean towel hanging in the bathroom had a brown stain on it.

The place smelled like ****. The pool was “under construction.” Breakfast was a joke. Shower curtain had stains. Used lotion bottle left in the bathroom. Would not recommend to stay.

The room was nice,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bad experience. Went down at 9 am. 2 sausages left. Nothing else except watered down waffle mix. Someone was in the back room watching TV but never came out while we were there for about 30 minutes. Pool was in disrepair.

Everything was fine except there was very little hot water, not even tepid water temp, I couldn’t even shower it was so cold.

We had to change rooms three times before we had a suitable room! The T.V. didn’t work in the first room, so we were transferred to another room that had only scalding HOT water and the deadbolt on the door would not work. Very, very disappointing for a Comfort Inn & Suites! I would not recommend staying at the motel!

The room was fine, except for a terrible smell that even deodorizer couldn't cover up. I could hear the a/c unit in the room dripping when it was off. The thing is, we used to stay at the La Quinta right nearby, but changed because ITS room smelled badly! The breakfast was really spare and otherwise, I wish we had gone to IHOP.
