Only issue was the gym was closed for repairs/upgrades. Not a detraction and would stay here again. I did forget my IPad and they were very helpful in getting it in the hands of a coworker to be shipped back to me.

At check in no information was given about check out time or breakfast hours. We had a total of 9 key cards, they kept messing up.

We had to leave a day early. Even though we booked 3rd party, they went above and beyond and refunded our last day that we didn’t use. I didn’t call to get a refund mind you, they just did it because it was the right thing to do. We book lots and lots of rooms for work and this is the FIRST time this has ever happened. It gave me a glimmer of hope in humanity that I was losing quickly. I know it sounds silly, but I deal with a lot of people ALWAYS trying to take advantage and for someone to take the high road for once make ya feel good. Thank you I won’t forget this

The breakfast is very minimal. The exercise room was vile. The pool was closed down. We could hear (and feel) the people above us walking/stomping around.

was good stay. hotel kinda has a funky smell in lobby and rooms though.

Well I accidentally booked the wrong date and I was told it was canceled and I’m having trouble getting a refund. The rooms need to be updated and the bathroom counter looks like a beaver ate it!

The bed was good and we slept well, but the rest of the furniture was out of date. Did not have the number of towels needed for 2 people staying in the room. The desk guy was helpful to us and observed him meeting a variety of needs of others. He was the only one there at evening and was there in the AM.

This is a phenomenal place to stay if you’re seeking a home away from home. It is a mini apartment in a nice quiet and quaint space. It is also located perfectly where you can have restaurant options within walking distance. I would definitely visit this place again. Nathan, the desk person was also phenomenal in his service.
