When I booked a room online it was me,my son and dog. When I came in and paid had the dog and paid nothing was said after 3 day they charged me 216 dollars for my dog. And my rent from 360 to 625 week and I told them I would pay for the room when I got off work at 5pm they was going to charge me $30 late fee. But a lady we worked together they didn't charge her late fee. I will never stay in again worse place ever.

I stayed here for a few weeks, it was clean, staff was friendly. Due to covid policy's changed for housekeeping it is only upon request and I get it. The property was quiet there was one night there was a small disturbance but the staff quickly and kindly defused the situation in order to not bother other residents which I was very thankful for because it was pretty late. The GM was very helpful. They just changed to extended stay so they where a little new on there systems lol but they did great. They are now offering extended perks which is something they didn't have with woodsprings which made my day. I would definitely come back.

We had a great time. The staff was amazing hands down. I would recommed this place to anyone. We will definitely be staying here when we visit next time. I had such a good visit. Only thing is and its not there fault but its pet friendly and im allergic, but that did not at all ruin our stay. The staff is friendly and kind very sweet ladies. The hospitality they gave i give 5 💫
