Great room for a reasonable price. It was clean, quiet and had a great free breakfast buffet.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. Common areas were clean qs well as the room.

Everything about this property was wrong. From the booking via ******* to the customer service girl was just unprofessional. So as we all know, we humans can not control weather situations. My stay was scheduled fo Monday 01/15-1/19, but unfortunately, the snow made it impossible for me to drive from Maryland to Blue Bell and ******* refused to give me a refund for the Monday. I had to check out earlier on 01/18 than scheduled on 01/19 and again ******* refused to give me a refund.

Second stay here, good hotel very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend

Room needed deep cleaned. There was what looked like bodily fluids on the box spring cover, dust and hair in her bathroom and food on kitchen appliances.

Back from road , great staff. However the pull out bed is garbage not even suitable for kids. no padding, just springs. They chose to sleep on couh and were uncomfortable. Walls are thin and you can hear the room next door..
