This was my first visit but it won’t be the last! The room was clean and the decor was very modern and stylish. The bed slept well and comfortable. The lady over the breakfast service was so pleasant and thoughtful! Manger Trish Garcia went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you guys for an enjoyable stay!

Great hotel. The hospitality was above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again. They had fresh flowers in the lobby, the staff anticipated needs and met them before we even asked, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The rooms were clean and updated. Thanks for a great stay!!

This was a last minute stay to avoid severe weather at our destination. Even though we interrupted the staff Christmas party, everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and attentive. They even switched our room to the other side of the building due to the high winds that resulted in howling sounds at the window. Accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. Great stay!

I don't know when Holiday Inn Express took such a nosedive but I'm not likely to stay in one again. This particular establishment has a very friendly staff and an adequate breakfast bar. I had to stay for several nights (very limited options in this immediate area). Only after I checked in did I see the policy that the room is only cleaned on the 5th day for extended stay visitors. 5TH DAY! On the 3rd day, I asked for clean towels but never got any. I'm all for sustaining the environment by the "less is more" approach but for $150.00 a night, I'd at least like a sanitized bathroom after 3 days. The mattress is rock hard-if you like sleeping on rocks, this one will suit you. The pillows have no support AT ALL. They are completely flat. I departed my stay needing a chiropractic adjustment and a deep tissue massage. I had a similar experience at the Express in Amarillo just a month previous. Never again.

Nothing but good things to say!!! Super clean! Room very spacious!! Bathroom very nice!! The softest linens!! Breakfast was FULL of options and very well presented!! Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at for the space. We were 4 people traveling for 2 weeks, so we all had our big suit cases. We were able to lay all 4 across the front counter/shelf. It was perfect, as we’ve been struggling at other hotels. The shower is huge and has full-size Dove toiletries. The room was spotless and the beds/pillows comfy. There were lots of charging ports for our electronics and little nooks and shelves to store our stuff on. My only complaint was breakfast ended pretty early at 9:00, so we were not able to utilize. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We made better than expected time into town and they allowed us to check in early. The accommodations are comfortable, and tastefully appointed. We have enjoyed staying there regularly and Trish, the GM, helped us out big time when we inadvertently made a reservation for the week of Master's by approving our cancellation. Would definitely send a friend there and look forward to staying there in the future.

I wrote a bad review a couple of days ago, except the review I wrote was for Capt'n D's Restaurant in North Augusta and not the Holiday Inn Express in North Augusta. I have never visited this Holiday Inn Express, I have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express Hotels and never had a complaint.
