Homewood Suites by Hilton North Bay

the location is great for us, no traffic noise, close enough restaurants and the breakfast was good and love the latter check out. the only thing that could improve is the noise from the flag pole out front. it was windy the night of our stay and the flag weight was bangging on the pole. the weight could be wrapped in rubber to eliminate the noise.

Loved it very clean and great service

Clean, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Located very close to the shore of Lake Nipissing. We had a great view of the lake from our 6th floor room. Stayed over the Canada Day weekend and only a 5 minute walk to the pier nearby to see the fireworks show. Pool was closed for repair during our stay for repairs. Very pet friendly as we saw many people with their dogs. Hot breakfast and choices were good. Breakfast area is understaffed. The 2 ladies handling the breakfast area were trying their best to prepare the food, keep the food and eating utensils replenished and clean up the messes in the breakfast serving area for the many guests. They seemed overwhelmed and barely able to keep up with the demand, yet we’re always very courteous despite looking visibly frustrated. Please hire more staff for the breakfast area. Otherwise a good stay. Great for families with small children.

Excellent up to date hotel with extensive in suite amenities. Only disappointment was pool was out of order and closed. Offer to go to sister hotel to swim more bother than was worth. Nevertheless, I will definitely choose this hotel for North Bay visits.

VERY disappointed we were not told the pool was out of order until we checked in. It should be mandatory to tell customers before the book a room. Unacceptable.

Staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, well appointed, very clean and the bed comfortable. A great experience and will definitely stay again.

They had a killer little outdoor seating area with BBQs and comfortable couches. Was great. Staff was super nice and helpful and room was awesome.

The room was huge. The food was great. The staff was very attentive. The only real downside was the carpets looked like they weren't put down properly as they were buckling in the room.

The hotel was in great condition and the room was spacious. Very good accommodations. The staff worked with us to resolve a billing issue. An excellent place to stay in a fantastic location.
