It was Chris**as night and the front desk clerk (I believe their name was Craig) had an extremely kind demeanour. We were very tired from the drive and Craig’s friendliness was very appreciated. We and our two small dogs were welcomed and we had a great night. Huge kudos for another memorable stay.

Post-holiday stays are always a dice roll, so it was a relief that it was such a great return trip stay. Desk staff was great, breakfast was great, and the noise level was great. I’m glad the other guests were evidently as tired as we were, and we got a great night’s sleep!

Very helpful staff; room was clean and had all the amenities and the breakfast was excellent ! Just be aware that you will need a car to get to dining options - in the winter anyway. All in all we would be happy to stay here again!

I was travelling with my elderly mom and had many assisted devices we needed for our stay. I was able to drive up to the room and bring everything in easily and stress-free. The concierge staff are friendly, courteous, and professional, The cleaning staff are also wonderful and friendly.

We had wanted a main floor room and the lady on check-in charged us an extra $15.00 for a main floor room as my wife has difficulty climbing stairs and there wasn’t an elevator to access the upper floor. I checked your website thoroughly and it doesn’t say that there is an extra charge for a main floor room. Therefore as a good gesture I feel that ******* should refund us this $15.00 extra charge.

Clean - bed was very comfortable - laundry if needed - "always on" coffee in lobby - good breakfast - good location for my travels.

Worst front desk service until the GM, Jenni on morning shift. Bedding is dated/yellowish. We have to use our own pillows and comforter eventually.
Overall it's Ok stay considering the hotel rate in the area. However, we'll not stay again.

Dated hotel but clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and alot of choices. Convenient to everthing. Would definitely stay here again
