紐約門户品質套房酒店(Quality Suites NYC Gateway)

我沒有得到我想要的房間，不得不換房間，因為他們給我的房間裡的空調壞了。所以這是一個不便！

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because of convenience. It's in close proximity to a lot of what you come to NY for, and is surrounded by some pretty good places to eat. Front desk sits behind bulletproof glass and acts as if you're bothering them. The room and hotel overall is clean and the cleaning staff are nice ppl, BUT you'll know it's clean because of the overuse of Fabuloso. Dated hotel overall, could use renovations. Not the easiest place to enter or exit with a car, but parking lot was safe enough.

A impressão que tive é que falta cuidado com a estrutura e com os hóspedes, os lençóis do quarto estavam manchados, o sofá do quarto cheio de poeira e o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar em variedades de produtos, sem contar que acabou a comida mais de 30 minutos antes de encerrar o horário determinado para finalizar e ficaram hóspedes sem tomar café, muito triste.

hotel bien et propre ,pour ce qui est la localisation il y a mieux surtout si on veut visiter new york car les frais de navette sont de 10 dollars us au lieu de 3.50 ailleurs,Pour le déjeuner le premier matin plus de jus plus de fruit plus de gauffre juste pain et café cest tres decevant surtout au prix quon paie la nuité

Hotel was in a terrible area. It It was difficult to sleep with people screaming in the hallways and stomping up above. The ice machine was broken, the vending machine only worked half of the time. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6:30-9:30. If you get there after 8, all they will have is bread and coffee. No waffles, muffins, juice, bagels, fruit, milk. Nothing. I asked the lady running the breakfast and she said they just run out after the first hour. It was not worth the money. beside a busy highway.

Hotel area seems to be unsafe, the front desk is behind a protecting glass and they are talking to you through a mic. Rooms are dirty and old. I wonder when was the last time it was renovated. Bathroom supplies are few . Towels are very old.. Breakfast is terrible. nothing hot to serve only a few bakeries and bagels and coffee and some juice.

We were locked out of our room that had all of our stuff inside and they were unable to open the door and told us maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next day to fix so we had to sleep in a different room with out any of our things. Then they refused to comp the night and told us these things happen. Poor customer service on their part.

It was nice the shower was a lil wonky but staff was super nice and helpful, and the beds are pretty comfy I slept like a baby and I have sleeping problems so yk. General area was okay just I can understand not all people wanting to roam around there. I personally grew up partially in Patterson New Jersey as a kid so it was was nicer than that and for the most part I didn’t feel unsafe so that’s cool. Also very close drive to the nyc Ferries which was insanely convenient for me at least

I wrote a review that was five paragraphs, and apparently ******* doesn't like that. But let me just say that they literally painted our room while we were staying in it, claiming that the renovations had been scheduled for months. It's actually illegal to do that I'm pretty sure, especially since it is hazardous to stay in a room that was just painted for the first 72 hours. We pointed this out to the front desk, and all he offered us were air fresheners. Due to this paint job, I got a migraine that led to me throwing up all night from the fumes. We also had no access to a shower as the paint job was in the tub and they had wrapped our spout with tape. How can you possibly allow people to stay in a hotel room where they do not even have access to their shower. It was apparent they were not going to offer me any sort of refund for this and just shrugged us off, so I'll be taking it higher to the BBB for absolute misconduct and potential endangerment of guests.
