I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The front desk staff who assisted us during check-in was exceptionally nice, professional, and articulate. They provided a thorough explanation of hold charges and parking fees, making the process smooth. The masquerade ball hosted in one of their conference rooms was a beautiful event. The servers were friendly and accommodating, always wearing smiles and treating guests with respect. It was a fantastic venue. Our room exceeded expectations in terms of space; the king-size bed and couch provided ample room, and the bathroom, featuring a rain effect shower head, added a touch of luxury to our stay. However, I must express a concern regarding the bed. As someone recovering from medical back procedures and therapy, I found the bed in this location less comfortable compared to other Marriott establishments I've frequented. The couch and chair, which are usually back-friendly in other locations, were also not as supportive. I am a loyal customer and have enjoyed stays at various Marriott locations without encountering such issues. I hope the Marriott team considers this feedback to ensure a consistently comfortable experience for all guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to future stays with Marriott.

I was traveling to DC for a trade show and booked this hotel for the location. I arrived to a friendly greeting, happily found out that the restaurant was open till 11PM and was thrilled that the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would surely return.

All hotel staff were polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I did have to ask engineering to change out the filter in the air conditioner. Once complete the air in the room was fresher and comfortable.

we have to pay parking for 19$ each day, the front desk is not train to help what the customers need, creamers in the room is spoiled and when I went to the lobby to show the spoiled creamer and the front desk name Emmanuel (I believe his name) he ask me, "so what is wrong with that?" we drove all the way from NY to Washington DC pay for the hotel and need to pay parking for me and for my sister and we rent 2 hotel, they did not consider it.

Hotel was unacceptably loud. Multiple complainants to the front desk only resulted in action after I suggested the local police be called concerning extremely unruly guests at 4am. The bathrooms had no soap…the room was not ready at check-in and had to wait over 90 minutes for the ability to access the room…”kitchen” had zero amenities…furniture was broken…bathroom didn’t have appropriate towels…party bus parked outside of our room with loud music for hours…I could go on and on. Would not recommend this location.
