Seen better days? Once this was ahead of it's time. Now it has fallen behind. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable but there were several maintenance issues and missing items crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was nice and good value. Overall, it just needs to lift it's game and get some quality and consistency. YMMV

The place was clean and tidy but my room had an internal door to another guests room which I could see through to their room through the crack and hear everything. The Motel had put foam all over the door in an attempt to sound proof but this doesnt work at all. I spoke to reception and they did move me to another room which was quieter with a strange layout. I went to have dinner at the restaurant as I had been driving all day and was exhausted, before I was even greeted the waitress said it would be a minimum hour wait as they only had one chef to service the entire restaurant. Overall, horrible experience and couldnt wait to leave at 5am the next morning

The shower was a trickle with no pressure and the parking was not allocated to each room so had to park miles away and no disabled parking

I have stayed several times and it has always been great....Now with new management its horrible. Sheets had blood stains, stains on cushions, armchairs looked like they have never been cleaned, seat from dining table was absolutely filthy. Manager was very rude at check-in and I really wanted to say cancel my booking and i will stay somewhere else.

We liked the view from our room. It looked out over the tropical surrounds which made us feel like we were miles away from the highway. The property was quiet despite its location. The staff that greeted us on arrival were friendly and we discovered we had received a free upgrade upon checkin. The room was large, with lovely garden views. But the motel is showing its age, fixtures are all a little dated. It’s just out of the city centre but a short 5-10 minute drive has you at all the tourist attractions and shopping centres or the beach. The room was great for our one night in Coffs.

Very old beds. Not comfortable. Aircon was too small for family size room. Smelly room. Room not cleaned. Stillmusing old style dusty blankets and not modern wuilts. Never stayimg again there. Not worrh the rates.
